The food is good. The staff is fine. The specific issue is that online ordering is a mess. - Once in your online cart, an order cannot be edited or removed. To get rid of an item, you have to log out and start over. The prices are often wrong, costing significantly more AFTER you check out. I am not the only customer with this issue and have vontacted Donatos without a resolution.

We don't have Donatos in East Tennessee and The Works is my ultimate favorite. I make an annual trip to the Columbus area just to visit Donatos. PLEASE expand to EAST Tennessee.

My go to Donato's location for pizza day. Staff are friendly and have knowledge on the use of the app and rewards points in case you need help with that. The food is always on the right temperature and delicious. I recommend the cheese pizza and the boneless wings, the favorite of my family. There is plenty of free parking and fast service.
