I come here just about every week to sit and read my book while eating my pizza. Tonight is my last visit. The service is very hit n miss. Mostly miss. I confess that I order a pizza that's not conventional, but after a whole year, I'd think that we could get things right. I wish you guys the best of luck.

The food is good. The staff is fine. The specific issue is that online ordering is a mess. - Once in your online cart, an order cannot be edited or removed. To get rid of an item, you have to log out and start over. The prices are often wrong, costing significantly more AFTER you check out. I am not the only customer with this issue and have vontacted Donatos without a resolution.

We don't have Donatos in East Tennessee and The Works is my ultimate favorite. I make an annual trip to the Columbus area just to visit Donatos. PLEASE expand to EAST Tennessee.
