Saw a new food truck today on StreetFoodFinder.com and decided to go check it out. Met with the owners Nick Daniel's/Noah McFerrin. This was the first day for the food truck. His family has owned a number of restaurants and he decided he wanted to try his hand at a Food Truck. They have a very limited menu to begin with testing the interest of the customers. They're smoking with hickory and apple wood. I ordered The Squealer. A pulled pork sandwich with onions and Smokin Sweet sauce. It came with chips and a drink. The pork was a bit dry BUT had a ton of flavor to it. I will definitely return when they get a full menu going. Talking with Nick they're going to be all about serving the community, that is very important to them.

Seems great, wish I could get them out to our huge Local Night Market over in Carroll, OH but they're hard to get ahold of. Foods great though. give them a try!

Fat Cat Food Truck serves delicious fresh food! The avocado fries are out of this world! The breading is light and flavorful and the special dipping sauce is also very good! I have had dinner there twice so far. In addition to the fries, the chicken sandwiches are also amazing. I will definitely be back to try everything on the menu and highly recommend this food truck!
