Ordered two sandwiches tonight and only got one. For the cost of the sandwich we did get it's pretty light on the toppings. I tried calling the store twice and no one answers. I had to place a 2nd order and pay more fees hoping to get my sandwich this time around.

The food was good, nothing to do cartwheels over. It's not really worth the money, but it's that way for all restaurants now!! The quality and quantity have gone down, and prices have gone up!
I don't mind paying if the price goes up IF it's worth it, but sadly, it's not 9 times out of 10!

My husband and I ordered the Italian and the smokehouse subs and there was so much mayo on the sandwiches we couldn't eat them. He is now on his way to get us food from someone else. This was just discussing and disappointing.

This is supposed to be a tuna sub that I ordered today. This is the second time this has happened. I have reported it both times and have not gotten a response. Very poor businesses practice.

Ordered French Dip with au jus through Grub Hub and the sandwich was received but the au jus was missing. Also, the meat, cheese ect stopped about an inch short of the end of the bun.

I watched as one of the employees itched his balls then continued to make food for customers. Another time i watched a different employee lick his fingers after eating food then make food for other customers. Extrememly unsanitary will never be eating here because management does nothing.

High prices, but high quality food.
I got my sub and it was so disgusting that I had to immediately throw it away. It was so badly put together thst the bread had become a liquid and it made me lose my appetite. Being that we don't come here often due to the high price I would expect tst when we do to have an edible sub. The staff clearly either doesn't care of is poorly trained but the quality of this sub was beyond unacceptable.

Walked in at. 11:30 am floor looked like it was a barn, a mess. Went to the restroom and it was even more of a mess! Trash everywhere on floor, urine on floor and all over toilet while the trash was overflowing and sink looked like someone washed a tube of grease off their hands. Walked out the countertop where they prep food looked awful , very very dirty for food preparation. Why would Anyone pay over 18.00 for a sub and drink and have to worry about catching something in the process. Sign out front stating new Local owners I tell you if I owned this place and it was trashed like this at the start of a work day they would all be fired. Worse experience ever in my life at a Place that serves food.

Please tell me every time we order carry out it’s wrong. Last month 3 times I have bought something for office and wrong or missing items. No pickles ever not even sure they offer anymore website saying they do. Wrong bread. No cooked onions . Please get this place in line . You have good product but not getting it out correctly and now my office of 37 people now know not to order from you. I don’t expect anything to be fixed or compensated because last time I called they told me a manager would reach out and never did .

The sub was good and I'll go there again. I think my sandwich was steamed and not toasted. The bread was soft. I hoped for crusty bread with a soft center.. I could be mistaken of there process.

I can't order through the app using a gift card. I call to place a phone order for pick up. It's 2 pm mind you - NOT lunch rush!!! No answer....like usual. They refuse to pick up their phone. I can't stand getting food here because it's so difficult to order. Food is fine but this ordering with them is a joke and not worth the hassle at all.

I came into the restaurant to order one of my favorite subs. As I walked in the door, the young lady behind the counter asked me how did I get in to the establishment and I stated the door was open. She said it should’ve been locked though there were two people inside of the restaurant already, there is only two people in the restaurant and she told myself and other she would get to us as soon as she could. I decided to go to the bathroom and wash my hands only to find that the bathroom was in total disarray. I certainly didn’t want to post the pictures of the toilet, the garbage piled high, and the sink was dirty. Then when she was ready to start taking orders, the last person who came through the door with his son was helped. Meanwhile, there are three other customers, including myself who have been waiting for at least 15 minutes just got looked over. She takes their order. Apparently there was no change and she couldn’t even get into the draw to make change and finally to top it off, there was no white bread to make the captain clubs sandwich , when I asked, I was told it was going to be at least an hour for the bread to thaw out. This certainly wasn’t the experience that I was looking forward to needless to say I did not get my sandwich and I am very, very disappointed.
