Great subs, but slow service. They seem under staffed and couldn't find a clean table to sit at, so be prepared to wipe crumbs off your table and waiting a bit for your food.

Slowest firehouse ever. The 5 women were non stop talking about personal life meanwhile my pre ordered sub was 25 minutes past the pick up time.

Sooo I’m literally sitting in the parking lot as I type this. Today, is veterans day - and my husband and I went for the FIRST time, to do the bogo sale. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, you could cut the tension between the staff with a knife. The energy was so incredibly negative. Not overly busy. Just, negative. My husband asked a question to the man who was making our food , and the manager rudely came over and said “stop just talking. work and talk at the same time” - as we asked a very quick question. the worker we asked the question to, I could tell felt immediately attacked - and then all staff were quiet for a solid 30 seconds before responding to us again. It was so uncomfortable and unnecessary. I really hope the manager can get his attitude under control - because I can promise you, we will never be back. For being a first timer, and on an important holiday - that was insane. If you’re miserable with your job, leave. He was doing his job. Shame on you.

The Pickerington location ALWAYS makes top notch subs when we visit. We look forward to traveling to the Columbus area so that we can eat there, especially because our local store is subpar.

We have visited this location multiple times. Every single time, the items we customize to not include or include certain ingredients are blatantly ignored. They are printed on the receipt. I’ve never gotten an extra pickle on the side.

The place was soooo dirty it’s unreal. I honestly should call the health department.

The food was horrible. I haven’t been here since new management took over and to say they suck is an understatement. I got the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich and it legit barely had anything on it. The turkey was warm on the outside and cold on the inside. The stuffing was so dry and there was barely any cranberry sauce. I only tried it because it reminded me of a sub place that use to the around here that had the Bobby. This definitely isn’t a Bobby so if you find yourself wanting it for that reason RUN. The fries were so overcooked and the weird sauce they give with them taste like tartar sauce and miracle whip together. Strange sauce for fries. Definitely won’t be returning.
