Ordered pizza wings and bread n ordered some sauce. The pizza came damaged n they didn’t get our sauce as well

What has happened to this pizza. It’s been our favorite since opening. But our last two have been awful. Tastes like a take and bake. Not fresh at all. The crust is stale, so much sauce like it’s to moisten up the stale crust. It’s not hot when we get it. Used to be. It’s absolutely horrible. We stopped getting pizza here for a while and got it again tonight. Awful. Whatever you all have changed it’s not good.
