Graeter's Ice Cream

Staff is friendly & quick at this location. They have a decent size menu. Drive thru is convenient but parking lot is awful. Limited parking, narrow to get around drive thru and pot holes.

Usually never have an issue here bunch of teens standing around giving weird vibes not welcoming , gave me a busted pint of ice cream through the drive thru

Sharday or whatever is struggling as the manager , twice now she has taken an unreal long time to take care of customers

Love the ice cream, but it's no longer worth it.

Last 3 orders....not 1, not 2...but 3.
Cannot order on their website. So you have to order through doordash
1. Doordash increases the prices per pint....so you are getting ripped
2. Ordered dogster 4 pack. Never received on orders 1 and 2. Order #3, I had to call them and ask them to include.
3. You can't get reward points from the receipt....with jacked up pricing because online orders don't work.

Contacted customer service and asked them to make it make sense. The guy coyld even credit me the points!!! I asked him to explain this procedure because the service is more than SUB-PAR

I'll always try to make a stop at Graeter's when I'm in Ohio. They have a lot of delicious flavors and options. This location was friendly and clean!

They don't have any low sugar or no sugar added for people who have to watch their sugar.

Got an ice cream cake for my brother here, transported it all the way to North Dakota and it *still* was frozen solid and needed time to thaw. Also tastes delicious. 11/10.

Walked In to get my birthday Sunday. Drive through wasnt fairly busy but had some cars but The main issue was that with 5-6 maybe more workers (there seemed to be some in the back) no one said hello no one said we’d be right with you, most of the employees just stared at my husband and I as we stood there waiting for service. I noticed at least one walked back just to come back up front to fill her personal water bottle with water, some were making orders for drive through but a few were just standing there, my husband and I weren’t talking to each other we weren’t pondering what we wanted, he even said hello to an employee and she gave him a dirty look and walked away. There was one other couple at checkout and another that walked in behind my husband after we were waiting but the store wasn’t that busy. I ended up leaving after being ignored by the entire store. I don’t need special treatment because I was using my birthday rewards but a simple hey we’ll be right with you or even a greeting would’ve been nice instead of the poor attitude and straight Lack of acknowledgement we received.

Love Graeters but the customer service is not so good. We stood there while staff stocked ice cream was not acknowledge at all finally a manager looked up and said please stop and help these people. Then we proceed to the register and again staff is hyper focused on stocking the ice cream and ignored us. We stood there for another 10-15 minutes then I spoke up and said can someone please check us out we’ve been here for a while the young lady looked annoyed that asked and continued to stock? Finally the older lady on drive thru came up and checked us out who was equally annoyed at the young workers who did not help…. Customer service training is desperately needed.

Way over priced 1 small scoop 5.70

$5 for the tiniest scoop of ice cream ever. Do you guys think I am on a diet? Next time I’ll just grab a ben and jerry’s pint in the grocery store. You guys are ridiculous with the size of your scoops.
