Took my son for ice cream after dinner.
Love Graeters but the customer service is not so good. We stood there while staff stocked ice cream was not acknowledge at all finally a manager looked up and said please stop and help these people. Then we proceed to the register and again staff is hyper focused on stocking the ice cream and ignored us. We stood there for another 10-15 minutes then I spoke up and said can someone please check us out we’ve been here for a while...

I've been to the one in Bexley, but not this one. It was different. This one has a drive thru and two entrances. Inside, they have tables and chairs you can enjoy the ice cream with friends and family. They also have benches outside. There is plenty of parking. I ordered the 2 scoops of salted caramel chip in a cup. They have cones you can choose from. It was ok for me. I should have had it without. My friend got the chocolate peanut butter.
