It had been a while since we ate at grapevine pizza but we always liked it so we decided to stop in for pizza. After 3 attempts, we were finally able to eat at Grapevine Pizza in Pickerington. On the first attempt, we waited 25 minutes and were told it would be a while because of a large group, so we left. On the 2nd attempt, the air conditioning was out so we decided to not eat there on that 90 degree day. On our third attempt, we were greeted quickly but it was downhill from there. We ordered grapevine fries as a starter but they were delivered well after our pizza and we had to scrape them off the plate because the cheese was so over cooked so we left 2/3 on the plate. The pizza was bland -- definitely nothing like the grapevine we knew pre-Covid and the server was horrible. We will not be returning.

Grapevine Pizza is such a good spot! I grew up in Pickerington and was always a huge fan of Grapevine. Fast forward to now and I took my wife there with me when we met up with a friend. She was a huge fan which just validated that Grapevine is as good as I always thought it was. Good service, great food, cold beers, and they give you popcorn when they first greet you at your table to snack on until you get your food and the popcorn is the bomb too. TV's everywhere. Great spot, highly recommend it!

The pizza is made perfect not too much sauce just enough sauce crust is very crispy prices are outstanding I definitely recommend this for the family to go out to eat you and your girlfriend to go out and eat or just yourself

They "don't do wings anymore" and they are rude when informing you of this. Maybe just raising prices would be a better way to handle it or at least don't be a j*** when informing your customer that your wing shop doesn't do wings.
Pizza is great but the customer service is terrible. Every time I've called to place an order the person answering the phone is very short and impatient. This has happened a handful of times, not just a one off bad day. It's very clear they take customers for granted. I will not be returning to this business.

Will never go here. Was trying something new to us. Called to place an order and was treated incredibly poorly. The girl on phone was very short and rude. What I wanted they didn't have simple chicken and spinach pizza for my daughter. I said hold on so I could ask her what other toppings she may want. The attitude on phone got worse and then I added a sub to the order and then was told a price and then hung up on. Called back and asked to speak to manager and he acted like it didn't matter and I canceled the order. We love Cardos and will continue to spend our money there.

Just had Grapevine for the last time. It used to be so good, but the carry out pizzas are not good! The pizza is limp, and pepperoni tastes like they were thrown on after it was "baked". This has happened over and over. I'm not a fan

Finally found a Cbus pizza worthy of a post. Happened by it, didn't get a pic of the bottom but it was "crackery" and delicious! So much crunch, nothing burnt, LOTS of cheese. I get it now...
