Great food with large portions. The staff is friendly and they were more than accommodating when they forgot to include part of our order. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes hibachi style. The price is fair however, they do upcharge for extra sauces etc..

Arrived 9:21 and the door is locked Hours on the door and website are 11am-930pm. I knocked on the door and was totally ignored. Not even “I am sorry, we are closed”

I stopped by Hibachi Express and ordered the steak hibachi, which came with fried rice and grilled onions. The location is a bit hidden—tucked away in a white building next to a gas station—so it’s easy to overlook, but it’s definitely worth checking out.
The steak was cooked deliciously—tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. I will say, I thought I’d get a little more steak for the price, but what I did get was really flavorful and satisfying. The fried rice was solid, and the grilled onions added a nice touch of sweetness and depth.
Overall, it’s a great spot for a quick hibachi fix. I’ll probably be back when I’m craving something hot and filling without the sit-down wait.

I need to try other places and maybe I could give this place a better review. For now it's a 3 overall. Definitely to small, has 2 two person tables and maybe 5 parking spaces.
Girl that took out order was nice. We explained it was our first time ordering Japanese hibachi and she was helpful as possible. Portions were small for 11.99
Maybe Chinese hibachi is something entirely different IDK but the Chinese hibachi I had is killer. Compared to that this was quite disappointing. Please go and make your own assessment and I will try others like genjigo so I can make a fair assessment

This place has great food. It’s a small hidden gem in Pickerington. I love that cabbage and salmon is an option. The parking is scarce but the service is fast. My only complaint is I asked for my steak to be cooked medium and it was more rare.

Service was fast & friendly inside. Parking is limited & small inside if you want to eat there. I didn't enjoy the ordering process online. Once I got there we ordered more food & it was a good experience. There was plenty of food for the dishes I ordered to go. There is an up charge for the vegtables onion & broccoli, which was a turn off. There is hardly anywhere to park, also not great!

Get the hibachi chicken/steak combo and add whatever veggies you want. I add mushrooms and egg. It is one of my favorite meals this side of Columbus. I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but that chicken/steak hibachi is seriously incredible.
Haven’t been back to benihana since this place is amazing

Decent food at a decent price. But only order over the phone, and if they say it’ll be ready in 10 minutes, they really mean 30-40, and always make sure before you leave that they actually gave you the right order

I haven’t been here in several months, today I ordered for the first time in awhile. And I can’t say I was impressed. The rice was a little hard, the zucchini did not taste normal, and all around not very good.
