Received a order in which the meat was not fully cooked and instead of taking my word for what I felt was food that was not thoroughly cooked asked for me to bring in food and I bring in the food and the supervisor tried to debate with me on whether or not the food was cooked done. If I would have experience food poisoning I bet that would not have been a debate. Terrible!

Great food and phenomenal service. Our waitress “Sydney C” was awesome! She was very polite, professional, and we could see her working hard in the background. Can’t wait to come back.

It's hard to blame them, but there was five birthdays and they were out banging drums for a long time and it made a very noisy atmosphere other than that.Everything was great.

Food was good. Restaurant needs to fix exhaust system as the entire place was full of smoke. Maybe that's why the place feels like it needs a good scrubbing.

Dietary restrictions: GF dish was made in the kitchen, server knew about options.

Service was wonderful. Food was pretty good! Like someone else mentioned, could def use a new ventilation system as it was smokey and hot as hell in there. And looots if soy sauce used. So if you love it, this place is for you.

Ventilation needs updated, use less oils, use less teriyaki, replace carpet, clean the whole place, and change the deep fry oil.

This use to be my favorite Japanese steak house. For 5 years, we went weekly. About a month ago we had a terrible experience with an over crowded table, bad food, and bad service. We took a break from eating here and made the trip to Hamilton rd once a week. Went back last night and highly regret it. We were crammed into a table with too many people. The food was so so, not the quality it was a few years ago. Think I am done with this chapter.

The whole family went for a birthday and we probably would have had more fun if we were able to share the table.
