Ordered a cold sub 45 minutes ago, when I arrived, they hadn't started working on it and had 5 folks working with only a few customers in the store. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes to get the sub. This happens nearly every time I come here. Poor management.

I was so disappointed in how dry my giant pastrami sandwich was. They used to be so much better. Bread was nice and fresh, and it made it possible to eat the sandwich. Will not buy that type of sub again.

We've been going to this location for some time now , but lately the music has been so loud the workers can not hear you and vise versa . During the preparation of the subs , the guy moves so slow you'd think his arms were made of lead , no pep in his step. And to here them say only one slice of cheese per sub , crazy . I had the Philly Steak which was dry with no cheese , he had the #9, Mike's Way , why do we need to tell the work what's on a Mike's way ? Very disappointed. Won't be going back .

Worst experience I've had at a Jersey Mikes. I hit alot of different locations. Did not follow my special instructions at all. Every pre order was waiting very long time. 4 employees there. 1 not doing anything. The only female employee had a horrible attitude. She asked me my name, then proceeded to lay my subs in a bag at the back of the counter where you couldn't see and didn't even tell me they were laying back there. On top of that, they were the worst made subs I've ever had at a Jersey Mike's. Most of the time our subs are phenomenal. Will not go back to that location.

They make a good sandwich but whatever you do, don't use the app if you can avoid it. They seem to put you behind all the walk-in orders, even if you come in after your pickup time and stand and wait.. at least 10 people came in waited in line and left before I got food that I had ordered 15 minutes before I arrived. I left extremely unhappy.

Very dirty, cleaned same cutting board with same rag for ten + sandwiches. 30 minute wait still no food, had to reorder twice due to incompetence , do not recommend
Don't have one of these where I live so every time I'm some place that has one I'm stopping for sure. This location made me the best Philly I've ever had from there. And it's always good

Got a sub a few weeks ago, food was good, service was good, but it smelled like someone actually took a dump somewhere in the store. It seemed like it was coming from the back, because it smelled the worst as I was ordering and getting my drink. It reeked of straight sewage.

I'd like some roast beef on my roast beef sub. What is this? I really don't like spending over $10 on a sandwich only to be given a couple thin slices of meat. I'm a regular customer and I've had good experience with this location, but my last couple sandwiches were like this. I guess I'll be taking my money elsewhere in the future.
Edit: I'm still hungry after eating the sub. And for the owner, you can save the canned response.
