I called 11 times, from 7:30-7:45, and I didn’t get an answer. I don’t understand why they don’t answer the phone during business hours. The Grubhub app didn’t allow me to add condiments to my sub, and I wanted to calll and ask for the condiments on the sub.

It's a shame that service isn't better at this place because they used to have good subs and service. I've tried to go here and get subs to go on 2 separate occasions in the last 2 weeks.Unfortunately, on both occasions I've waited and waited and waited and waited and waited... It's not like there were a ton of people in front of me (no more than maybe 2 or 3 people in front of me). I'm not ok with having to wait in a line for 15+ minutes without even being acknowledged(much less without having placed my order).I'm not sure I'll ever go back and get anything from this place again....

Stopped by at this location and got a philly cheese steak. This location in particular is fantastic. Came out piping hot, steak was made perfectly, super flavorful. Didn't take too long to get considering they were working on a few orders at once. No complaints here!

If you are thinking of going to Jersey Mikes, save the $12 and just take a shot of vinegar ($.13) and vomit. Same difference. Soggy bread, cheap meat, tasteless cheese, zombie employees and veggies SOAKED in vinegar. Hard pass.

I always get a giant steak kahuna sub and this was the most pathetic sub I have ever got from Jersey Mikes super thin mostly bread I should have known something was wrong when the employee gave it to me it was super light and not as warm as I'm use to it being hardly any meat or cheese meat was not warm and it was hard like they just heated up some old meat sitting around to almost have paid $20 this was robbery. I should have inspected it before I left but normally Jersey Mikes is on point I will never go to this location again
Restroom is Disgusting! ??? smells of raw sewage and flying coming from under the toilet where it sits on the floor. It appears that the flies are leaving the restroom and flying around the restaurant as well. The health department needs to be contacted immediately.

My husband got the Big Kahuna Chicken and asked for it without jalapenos. At least a third of the stuff inside the bread was jalapenos, which destroyed his tastebuds in the first bite. He couldn't finish it. The tuna sub was good. They only cut the top half in the middle, so when I picked up what I thought was half, the sandwich fell apart. The staff were incompetent and rude, and the menu was confusing. We have had Jersey Mike's before at other locations and loved it!
