Received a courtesy free 4-corner pizza promotional give-away at a Columbus Blue Jackets hockey game. We live in a town 40 minutes away from the closest Jets pizza. Tuesday, March 25th, drove all the way up to Reynoldsburg, waited at least 5 minutes for one of the three guys working there to take my order. The place was dead and no phones were ringing. Placed my order and was told 10 minutes. Twenty-five (25) minutes later, finally received my order. No place to sit in this shop ..no tables, benches, booths, stools....nothing. Not worth driving an hour and twenty minutes to and from and waiting an additional 25 minutes for 4 pieces of pizza. The pizza was pretty good and hot....on the messy side though. Never going to Jet's Pizza again.

I used to order Veggie pizza. Also I recommended some of my friends and relatives to buy pizza here. But recently I found meat on my Veggie pizza.

Once again, 3 out of 4 online orders, we get there to pick up our ordered and they have no idea about the order. My wife said do you have a pizza there with no name and the kid tells her “I can not divulge that kind of information.” Thanks Barney Fife, now the pizza is safe. We love Jet’s but will never order from the Pickerington location ever again.

Ordered ahead as soon as I got there ignored by teller and once I got confirmation that my order was still in the oven 5 minutes I go to wait and Im ignored every time I tried to ask and just had to wait over a hour as my food sat there in the hot cooler as 20 + people got their orders ahead of me even some people who ordered in the store honestly not ordering from this location ever again

3x in a row I have ordered online for pickup. Upon arrival they have no one working the front counter. Multiple people waiting on orders that are done and paid for. All someone has to do is hand you your order and I’ve waited 10-15 minutes each time. Everyone there is working hard but no one at the front….

I ordered Jets last night. Fast forward 8 hours later I woke up very sick to my stomach. That day the only other thing I had was a pbj and applesauce. I didn’t have any other symptoms. I attempted to call them to make them aware but I was on hold for over ten minutes, so I hung up!
Heads up, if you order delivery, apparently you can’t request plates or cups, or even napkins? Work events beware.

Placed an order over two hours ago and come to learn by calling that it would be at least another hour until I received my food. I totally understand that your busy, but not having the courtesy to call and let me know that my order was going to be 3 hours is absolutely ridiculous. We love the pizza, but this was horrible customer service and not sure I will order from here again

Decent pizza and brownies at a decent price. Great location compared to the second nearest pizza place attached to a bar. Would recommend to anyone if it's on the way.
2 1/2 hours for delivery? Crazy…ordered on-line and promised a certain time. 2 hours later, still waiting. When I called the store it took 12 minutes for someone to answer the line. All MATT could say was “sorry we are busy and it’s going to take a while”. No, let me give you a discount? No, I’ll have the driver bring a free 2 liter? Nothing…and hung up on me when I told him this was unacceptable.
