Not sure why, but this location insists on parking their delivery vehicles in the pickup zone in front of the dance school next door despite there being ample parking for their employees in an area that would be just as long of a walk from their entrance.
Perhaps they like having kids walk into a dark parking lot instead of being able to get picked up and dropped off in the designated area directly in front of the dance school. Hopefully none of the kids get hurt because the owner chose this weird cross to bear. As a parent, this is a disappointing stance for a business to take

Jet's pizza by far is my favorite pizza to eat. I'm staying in Pickerington and was excited there was one close. After a long day of work and driving from Lou,Ky. I aced an order for a salad and a pizza. There was no where to ask for extra ranch dressing so I called. The gentleman that answered the phone had great customer service. He made sure to add my ranch to my delivery and my coke zero. They arrived before the schedule delivery time. When I got back to my room I noticed my drink wasn't zero sugar. Normally something small wouldn't be any issue only problem is I'm a type 2 diabetic. I called the restaurant back in hopes to just get them to apply it to my account. Right away the gentleman that answered again asked for the address. Then immediately apologized and said they would get someone right over. You don't receive customer service like this everyday. This type of customer service has been lost and I'm glad I found it miles away from home! Thanks so much for going above and beyond you have a customer for life!!!!

Ordered an hour and a half ago for delivery. Delivery time was 30-45 minutes. No one has shown up. No one will answer the phone. Ridiculous! Will be disputing the charge with my bank.

This is the first time in over a year since ordering. Disappointing at best! Waited over am hour and 20 min for an estimated 44 min delivery time amd then the pizza was COLD. SAME REASON WE STOPPED ORDERING! IT IS A GOOD PIZZA, just not worth the inconsistent quality. To the mangers credit they did apply a credit on my account, I just dont know when I'd order again.

The compassion and empathy of this small business is second to none. Not only was Jet's highly recommend by the fine staff of Tuscany Gardens in Pataskala, our mother passed away and we wanted to pay our homage to the staff. While Jet's doesn't deliver to this area, we called and explained our situation and even offered to pay any asking costs to appease these fine folks. Jet's sympathized our loss and wouldn't take an extra dime. The wonderful staff here actually went above & beyond, discounted our bill and added more things to it plus delivery.
For a company I've never even heard of, nor will I probably ever deal with again (I live in Pennsylvania), I would like to commend my most sincere gratitude and thankfulness to your entire staff.
From my family to yours Jet's, thank you thank you & thank you. (The staff at Tuscany loved the pizza btw). Godspeed.

Nice little local pizza spot. They have a really good selection of options beyond just pizza but most of the menu is pizza adjacent. One of the better options if you’re trying to escape the big chains.
They literally had 5 pieces of chicken on my two large sized pizza. I called in to place order for two pizza. When I went to pick em up they had only one ready. I had to wait for to make another one. All they had was 5 pieces of chicken, tomato sauce and tiny amount of cheese.

I ordered pizza a little after 9pm and was given a 10pm delivery time. It wasnt until 1015pm that I found out my pizza hadn't even left the building let alone completed cooking. Come 40 minutes later, they finally show up with a warm soda and cold food that is CLEARLY THE WRONG ORDER.
