I ordered pizza a little after 9pm and was given a 10pm delivery time. It wasnt until 1015pm that I found out my pizza hadn't even left the building let alone completed cooking. Come 40 minutes later, they finally show up with a warm soda and cold food that is CLEARLY THE WRONG ORDER.

Great service from the staff. Trying for the first time the man behind the register suggested their deep dish which is amazing. Very clean restaurant with great pizza 10/10 would eat again. Only complaint is there isn’t one in Lancaster

We ordered an 8 corner Jet 10 and a 4 corner pepperoni. They looked delicious. The Jet 10 even had more toppings than usual. The problem was the pizza wasn't very warm. I checked it in the car because the pizza box wasn't even warm. It had been in the warmer so maybe it wasn't working. I got there more than 5 minutes before my order was to be ready and it was already in the warmer. I had to call ahead to my husband to have him preheat the oven. I didn't have time to stay and try to take care of it. Besides, it was really busy. I did send an email but haven't heard back.
