Went in to put in an order and had to walk out because the girl behind the counter making food was SOOO sick! Making sandwiches while sniffling, coughing, and literally saying how bad her head hurt! I felt terrible for her but im not going to eat food made by someone who is obviously very visibly ill. Wasn't wearing a mask, just gloves. You should never have someone whose that sick working with food. So not okay.

Delivered the wrong sandwich, called asked for the right one, the lady on the phone said okay and hung up .. 30 minutes later nothing had been delivered, I called them and they said they never made it and didn’t plan on it when I said that’s awful service I hate to leave a bad review but this really calls for it so other people know about the awful customer service at the pickerington location, the manager responded “oh well we get bad reviews everyday”..

I don’t know the name of the closer tonight but he was amazing. We walked in at closing time and he made he had the same attitude he would have with the 1st customer of the day. Polite the place was clean food was made and I was really impressed - good work!!!!!

This location is the absolute worst. It takes on average an hour to get your order, and then they don’t even take accountability, they just blame it on something (the day, the fact that they outsource their deliveries, the coupon you used, literally anything except themselves).

If you call 1 disk of cheese extra cheese, you should be closed down. Skips requested add-ons. Lady behind the counter gave serious attitude. Maybe learn to make a sandwich. 13 bucks for 1 slice of meat, 1 slice of cheese and a hand full of lettuce. You can buy the same cold cuts at a local target and make a better sandwich at home.

Sid and Allie are working amazingly hard at jimmy johns on christmas eve. Was patient and polite while I and another gentleman signed up for rewards and food service was quick neat and so tasty. Great holiday service and experience with the workers here today! They deserve their review

First AND LAST time at Jimmy Johns for us. We picked this particular one because of the specificity of location on where to use the $20, good thru November, 2025. Someone I worked with had given me the $20 certificate as a gift. We brought my MIL with us for lunch before a movie at Marcus. After we all ordered and we gave the discount certificates towards payment, the staff person picked up the phone n called the owner to see if they took them. We pointed out that their specific store was on the certificate. The owner had the staff person ask where we bought them, which we didn't know because they were a gift...and it shouldn't have mattered! Apparently, the current owner recently bought the store and had his staff tell us they would not honor the certificate and said we should reach out to whoever sold the certificate to get our money back from them. If my MIL wasn't with us, we would have left immediately. NOT a business that made us feel welcome or appreciated our business at all. And they won't get anymore!
