The chicken was absolutely inedible as it had obviously been held on a warming device until it dried out. We couldn't even eat it. The manager was not doing anything to make up for the inconvenience and lack of dinner at our house. This KFC should be avoided. There is another one in Canal Winchester proper.

Service was late, even after pre ordering. Ordered 4 3pc meals and everything was put into larger boxes and set up as individual meals. Then we were shorted 2 pieces of chicken. Then we had 4 different drinks and non were marked in any way to tell what was what. Do you want to drink out of 4 cups to find the right one and the others don't want you drinking out of theirs either. We asked for plates and they only had tiny flimsy trays that wouldn't hold even 1/2 of the meal. There was also no butter or knife for the biscuits. All around lousy service. Probably won't go back and would advise others not to support this particular branch until they train their people.

Driving by on a Friday night and it says that they close at 9:30 p.m.. I asked a lady if I can order something and lady said we're closed I told her it says you closed at 9:30 she said not today. Wow

I ordered dinner. I had ordered chicken tender meal. Did not get, got chicken wings . Got the side orders right. Also ordered fish and shrimp. Dinner. No shrimp. My bad for not checking it before pulling off. However to much trouble to let all the rest of food get cold to go all the way back to store. I tried calling over and over. No answer. I wanted to write this so I will have prove I tried getting in touch. Tomorrow I will get my money back. This is has happened before. I just let it go. Not this time.

Very poor customer service,sad looking face on the person on front counter,she seemed so bothered by having to be at work and or having to serve us customer.No appreciation was shown,bad body language and acted as if we were irritating her.I was just there today around 2:30pm.
