The worst and so rude customer service. I ordered pizza and wings online for pick up at 6:30pm and I just wanted to cancel my order because the weather was about to get worse. I called them at 1:00 pm so check if they can make my pizza ready by 1:30pm but they didn’t pick up my call. By the time I reach there, one of the worker was taking picture of snow 🙄🙄😳 like seriously. I was so mad. I called them and said I have been calling for like 35 minutes I don’t know what is the purpose of phone if you guys can’t even answer. And he was like we are busy. I mean like so what you gotta manage the time and try to answer the call. Otherwise get rid of that phone. Would never go back again.

I will NEVER come to this location again! My daughter gets acid reflux from tomato sauce so I specifically ordered one of the pretzel pizzas with cheese sauce. I pick up my order, get home, and realize it’s the wrong order. Drive back, tell them it’s wrong, and they had to remake the pizza. Get home, realize it’s the pretzel pizza with TOMATO sauce! I’ve worked in food service since I was 14 I understand sometimes orders get messed up. But TWICE in a row is insane. My original order was for 8pm. By the time I was done with this entire ordeal it was 9:15pm. I wasted time and gas driving back and forth twice, and I never got the right pizza that I ordered. Absolutely absurd.

Both orders of breadsticks came as dough. Pull them apart and it oozed. Pizza arrived cold. Did not have any of the marinara I ordered. Spent 30 minutes on with call centers before finally getting manager. She cut me off the entire conversation and said there was nothing she could do before ultimately hanging up on me. Never patronizing this or any little Caesar’s is now a goal of mine and will spread the word. Thank you to the management for making it clear that customer service is the last concern for Little Caesars. Welcome Flyers to your new customer.

Seen employee scratch her Kat with a capital P...... afraid of direct confrontation so I just threw the food out
We asked for a half and half bacon and pepperoni pizza, we called In ahead of time for it. Turns out they never wrote down our order so we waited 20+ minutes and then when we got home and checked our pizza it was pepperoni and bacon on it and the slicing of the pizza was all ruined. It’s so many uneven slices. I was so livid I srsly wanted to return it but it was about to close so we just worked with what we had. I’ll leave a bad review though so yall not a 100% off the hook. Smh

Just absaloutely disappointed that this could happen. Got a Deep Dish pizza. Half of it had no cheese on it No CHEESE And crazy bread cold without any of the seasoning on it. Never coming back. Never recommending
