Nobody was at the counter, waited too long for help. I get the pizza and it is covered in sauce, way too much sauce, more sauce than cheese. I paid for a sauce pizza. First time here and it will be the last. Disgusting.

AVOID! CHECK UR BANK STATEMENT!! Little Caesars Pizza in Pickerington OH double charged me for an online pickup order. No answer to MULTIPLE calls to store. Even corporate customer service can't reach them. Avoid ripoff. Take ur business elsewhere.

13 minutes wait to place a order. No one at the front very bad customer service and the Gabe was very rude after a long waiting. 30 minutes wait just to get a cheese pizza not what im looking for

Ever time I come there’s ALWAYS a wait. And it’s always an extreme amount of wait time . Today I was told 45 mins plus for one pizza . I’ve came before and it’s been 30 mins plus. I don’t get the point of “ hot and ready “ when there’s never any ready
Very disappointed. I ordered online at 4:07pm for pick up at 7:45pm when I arrived I told the guy working I was here for a pick up and gave him the name. He went to the back to check came back out but never said anything to me pertaining to my order so I asked him if he had found my order. He responded by saying yes we’re putting it in the oven now. I literally waited 30mins for an order that I had already placed four hours ago before picking it up being that I had somewhere to be by a certain time! This place does not have good customer service/time management at all.

If I could put negative stars I would . Put in an online order for it to say ready on the app just to get there and them say they just now put the pizza in . 40 mins later .

This piticular little Caesars is the worst. Always a long wait. Thumbs down for me.
They are always behind on orders. This time I waited 40 minutes past my pick-up time, then received lukewarm & barely cooked pizza. One pizza was so undercooked it was inedible. Spend more money and order from Cardos, Grapevine, Donatos, or literally anywhere else.
Called and placed a order. Ready within minutes!
