Ella and Bryce keep this place held down. I do not know how you would keep this place functional without them. They’re professional and quick. I stopped going to Texas Roadhouse for them

Ordered a meal for pickup. Arrived and paid through text. No text prompt when I arrived: waited 10 minutes past the ready time and asked an employee bringing out orders for an update which I was told ours “was being made and would be ready in 5min they’re running a little behind”. 10 minutes later I tried to call. 5 more minutes on hold I walk in. See my order and my sons chocolate milk sitting in the kitchen entrance just waiting no one doing anything to bring the order out. Walked into the kitchen because no service around at the bar or front to help. Had to get my own meal from the carry out staging area. The call was finally answered when I was walking out the door and I asked for a manager: Jason got on the phone and was less than helpful and just said it’s the busiest week of the year. He said they’d take care of compensation but nothing was done. Shrugged off and received a cold $60 order over 30 minutes late and missing items and the manager couldn’t hold up to their word either. Not worth going to spend the money here anymore with poor service and lack luster overpriced Sysco products.

Ordered the chopped steak medium rare. It was brought out rare, the center was cold and raw. The waitress was more than happy to talk it back. The next one came out cooked perfectly. One thing I dislike about any restaurant is when things are dirty. The menu had food splatters on the pages. The salt and pepper shakers felt slippery and dirty. The table tent that advertises specials also had food splatters and was sticky.

My food was horrible tonight. It was cold and lacked flavor. However my server was good.
Worst experience EVER if you want to drink out of dirty glasses, eat off of dirty plates and silverware and if you want hair in your drinks then this is the place for you. I will never eat here again and will take the drive to go to a different location everytime. The manager Jeff was very unprofessional I asked for my drink to be put in a to go cup since all of their cups were absolutely disgusting and he said he couldn’t. If I could give negative stars i most definitely would

Never had bad food at a Longhorn until today. Haven’t been in quite awhile. Maybe it’s just gone downhill. The French onion soup was cold. This cheese was still in slices on top because it wasn’t melted. The adult chicken finger portion was awful. It had maybe 2 chicken fingers and the rest was little pieces of breading.

Stopped by this great Longhorn on game day. There was a good bar. The dining room was also beautiful. Servers were friendly. WiFi was fast. There was the Buckeye game but the voice from the live game was silent. I was not hungry, so I just ordered a cup of shrimp lobster chowder and the strawberry pecan salad. The soup was cold, so I asked for reheat. But I felt they only put it in the microwave without refilling. The strawberry pecan salad was impressive with decently sweet dressing.
