When we first arrived we were told a 45 minute wait after we even called ahead. The 45 minute wait then turned into an hour and 30 minute wait with no explanation other than we just got busy... we had seen people come in get sat and eat their food before they had even sat us. Brought out concerns to the manager which she did not seem concerned about. After getting sat our food took over an hour to get out to us with some being forgotten about and other dishes being cold. The food that was fresh was fairly tasty but the service, quality and management of this longhorn is terrible highly recommend driving the extra 20 minutes to another location.

I had a bug in my food they never gave me a refund or anything for it and on top of that I had to buy more food so all together I spent $95 on food because longhorn messed up my food I got pictures as well

My friend and I went for lunch. The wait was only a minute or two. The server was attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant was clean. The parking lot was handicap accessible. I believe they have the best broccoli in town.

Service rating 10/10. Highly recommend Alex, a few of my coworkers and I went after work, food was delicious, our server the best server I have encountered in years! Treated our table. . Actually his entire group of tables like royalty. Really made our evening. Will definitely be bragging to our coworkers who will be needing a nice dinner and beverages this up coming month, after we open our 6th floor.

Two out of our party of four were unable to eat their main course. Lamb was ordered to be well done, but instead of the cook taking the meat off the direct flame, he just let them burn until they were well done and still tried to serve them to us. Far too expensive cut of meat to be trying to serve burnt. The restaurant was not crowded, yet our server seemed to be overly busy and barely was able to get back to us, though he was extremely nice. The atmosphere was really nice other than the old man staring at us, weirdo. I guess that has nothing to do with the restaurant, though.Management did alter our bill to reflect our complaints.

My favorite place to be.. eating my favorite meal.. parmesan crusted chicken, sweet potato and broccoli. I have always had a great experience here but today my server Madison R made my dining experience extra special. She's cool, on point, prompt, nice and just a good energy/vibe to be around on a day such as the gloomy one I was having. I've never had her as a server before but I hope to have her more. LOVE THIS LONGHORN LOCATION

We went to longhorn to have an early dinner, we checked in, the host said an hour wait. They said they will text when ready. We went to a park close by to play with our 5 year old grandson. We came back 50 min later. We went in and washed up since we were playing.. then ask the host how much longer on our table to which he replied 45 more minutes. I ask to talk to manager, she stated they are understaffed. I told her I completely understand but tell us the time so that we can plan things as well.. there were at least 10 tables by the bathroom that were cleaned and ready to go but yet it will be 45 more minutes.. I went outside to relay info to my party of 3 .. we decided to cancel after wasting our time there..

Our family went here for Easter dinner. We always go out for holidays now as the matriarch of the family no longer likes to cook. We have a larger group, 11. We have been to many local restaurants. This was the best experience we have had. Our wait was reasonable, the food was amazing but the best part of our experience was the service. Our waitress was attentive, helpful, and efficient. I wish I had remembered her name. She went beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable meal. To attend such a large group while also having other guests is very admirable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
