Got the McKenzie Alfredo was pleasantly surprised. Definitely check it out. Waiter was a little slow but no biggie.

Upon arriving the parking lot was empty, and I mean empty. When we entered there may have been 2-3 table sat and my husband and I thought this was because it was a Wednesday evening. (Boy were we wrong). We decided to order an appetizer, we ordered the cowboy nachos, the came out looking like they were fresh from the microwave with some old brown guacamole on top. The only good thing from the nachos was the salsa which came on the side. The waitress only checked on us 1 or 2 the whole meal experience so when she asked how the nachos were, my husband said that they were not good and that the guac was bad. The waitress gave us an attitude and took the nachos away. Then my husband ordered the Cajun chicken penne pasta. When he tried it he looked as if he was going to puke, so I jokingly asked what's wrong with this. He explained that it tasted as if they didn't seasoning it and the chicken he had was burn, it had char marks and also had no flavoring. He laughed because the only thing he liked was the breadstick, he said oh look something with flavor. This coming from the guy who always finishes his food and never complains. Informed the same waiter that this also takes bad and she then took it and walked away saying nothing. When she returned she informed us that the penne pasta has been removed from the bill. She never asked how my food way or if he wanted anything else. OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Jordan was spectacular with her service, the food was excellent, and what can I say about Jordan? Oh wait, I did, SPECTACULAR! Sure miss the Polaris restaurant.

Overpriced for tiny portions that are mid. Don't order to go either because they will cheat you out of food. Their sour cream was expired.

The service was very prompt, though they initially wanted to place my daughter and I next to the bar. They detected we weren't too happy and quickly moved us to a booth. The food was okay, though the pizza was fairly plain. The atmosphere lacked character. We frequent this restaurant out west, where the atmosphere is so fun and decorated, the kids just love it. This one just felt like another boring suburban restaurant. They got us in and out real quick so we could get to an event before storms hit, so kiddos to their quick, friendly service!

We are here on a Saturday afternoon and the place is empty. We were seated promptly, but the hostess was out of Silverware and said she would bring it from the back. The server arrived and took our drink and appetizer order. We waited for a while and he had not returned to take our food order. To put it in reference, our appetizers arrived before our Silverware and before we were able to place our main course orders. I had to walk up to the bar to ask for plates and Silverware for our appetizers. The cheese bread was warm to touch but the cheese wasn't melted under the top layer. The Chicken egg rolls were not a great combination of flavor. Finally, the pizza was not cooked through, doughy, and extremely greasy. This was our first and last time at the establishment.

Very disappointed. Arrived at 4:10 pm on 11/21. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk to seat us. Waited about 12 min and nobody bothered to serve us. Walked out. Four employees and a bartender working yet were treated as if we were invisible. It's a shame... we are big tippers too! We will never go back.

Wonderful menu, great service, delightful food . Hard to pick just one thing. Prices were not as bad as expected. We will return .
