MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub

We are here on a Saturday afternoon and the place is empty. We were seated promptly, but the hostess was out of Silverware and said she would bring it from the back. The server arrived and took our drink and appetizer order. We waited for a while and he had not returned to take our food order. To put it in reference, our appetizers arrived before our Silverware and before we were able to place our main course orders. I had to walk up to the bar to ask for plates and Silverware for our appetizers. The cheese bread was warm to touch but the cheese wasn't melted under the top layer. The Chicken egg rolls were not a great combination of flavor. Finally, the pizza was not cooked through, doughy, and extremely greasy. This was our first and last time at the establishment.

Very disappointed. Arrived at 4:10 pm on 11/21. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk to seat us. Waited about 12 min and nobody bothered to serve us. Walked out. Four employees and a bartender working yet were treated as if we were invisible. It's a shame... we are big tippers too! We will never go back.

Wonderful menu, great service, delightful food . Hard to pick just one thing. Prices were not as bad as expected. We will return .

My wife and I visited on a Saturday afternoon. Our server was Kat, and she was incredibly responsive to our every need, knowledgeable about the menu offerings, as well as friendly and pleasant! Ten out of ten for Kat! My wife enjoyed the beet salad while I dug into a delicious burger! The fries are worth the trip by themselves! (Kat, if you see this, be sure to add the "Greg" to the drink menu ?)

We stumbled upon this gem. The food and selection was fantastic. Kat was our server. She was very attentive and informative. We live about a half hour away but will definitely come back. It is worth the trip.

This place has fallen so far. It used to be a really nice place to eat. I will say the food is decent enough but the quality is definitely not what it used to be. We came in for dinner at 4:10pm.
The place was empty but It took 40mins for our food to arrive. We ordered 3 kids meals, 2 salads, and a hamburger. The waiter was nice but didn't seem to be all there. They brought us a bar high chair for a booth? Gave us kids menus but forgot the crayons, and didn't give us enough silverware. They also forgot the fried onions for my burger. Fruit for the kids meal was spoiled and my kids spit it out. Weird noises coming from the ceiling that made our booth vibrate. The bathrooms have zero water pressure so it's almost impossible to wash your hands. And Half way through our meal the lights dimmed which made it hard to see to eat.
Overall a vastly different experience than a year ago and I'm sad to say I don't think we want to come back.

Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly at least. They serve goldfish for kiddos with the kids menus.

Well....I took my 76-year-old friend out to lunch and specifically went to this place because they have a Gluten-free menu. I have alot of dietary reactions and we went over them for the chicken flatbread I ordered and my dear friend ordered meatloaf. After what seemed like a long time my flatbread shaped like a pizza arrived with the one avocado cube per slice of pizza oh I mean flatbread and my dear friend got her full size meatloaf dinner for lunch. So when I paid I suggested they tell people when they order at lunch if what they order dosen't come in a lunch portion. Nope
