me and my friends had ordered a pizza at 11PM, and it still hadn’t came. we tried calling nobody answered so we decided to go to the store and ask where our pizza was. it was barely after 12AM, and when we knocked on the door of the store the lady wouldn’t even open it even after we tried to tell her we had a delivery order that never came. She decided to turn the lights off and flee to the freezer where she couldn’t see us. Horrible service.

Don't order delivery. Always missing something in order. No customer service number to call and store will not pock up phone. Did I forget the food is always cold because they used a 3party to deliver the food.

Horrible customer service !!!! Very unpleasant manager and unsanitary environment. Staff memebers never wash hands or use gloves while preparing food. Was unsatisfied with the service and asked for money back, the manager instead refused and walked away through a back door. Will be reporting this particular store to BBB.
Not happy at all. I dont expect the food to completely look like the commercial but come on really?. This is suppose to be "LOADED" with 3 different pepperonis edge to edge. They call it the Large Triple Pepperoni Magnifico. I guess the Magnifico part of this pizza is that the pepperonis disappeared before my spouse got it home. In no way this is edge to edge pepperonis. I would take it back but my son needs the car to go to work so I have to suffer with a lacking Magnifico pizza. I absolutely give NO stars even tho I have to at least give one star to post a review.!!!

Do not order from here it is a scam. They take you money never deliver the pizza then tell you they cannot process a refund you have to call DoorDash because they used them for delivery, DoorDash says they can’t refund it you have to call the Marco 800 number then they say they can’t refund your money that you have to call the store and you just loop and never get your food or your money back

This was my first time ordering Marco’s. Had the (large) deluxe, margarita magnifico, pepperoni and sausage pizzas and cheesy bread. All were delicious! My children say this will be our new go to pizza place. The staff were friendly and greeted me as I walked through the door. Amazing service!
