Very slow, for walking orders and DoorDash orders, watch your orders they are not accurate. Whoever the manager was 12/23/25 (black lady)

I used the drive thru and the line was long but I'm glad I didn't give up. It moved so quickly, the workers at the windows were fast and professional.

Just picked up lunch through the drive through for my daughter. She liked it and was only a 2-3 minute wait. Friendly staff!

I ordered inside for to go & waited over 35 minutes & still no order, I demanded a refund & another 10 minutes to get my money back. I don't recommend going inside, the drive thru was lined all the way around building & I'd been through the drive thru 45 minutes earlier. The most Horrible experience inside McDonald's ever.

Last time we were in ordered mcrib no barbq cause on it. Sandwich was just plain and horrible. Then you have to go back to counter wait 5to 10 minutes just to get fries they forgot to put iin our bag. Kiosk need to go and have better customer service. The kiosk are taking jobs away from people so now you have the worst customer service ever.

Like so many McDonald's these days, it's to get a human to help you. Feels like these new McDonald's interiors, layouts, kiosks are designed to discourage people from dining in. The fun of going to McDonald's has been destroyed.

This McDonald’s establishment is the worst I’ve ever been to. Last time I visited, I found a bug in my McFlurry, which is a clear indication of poor sanitation. Today, I was greeted with a rude customer service representative over the mic, which made me feel discouraged from even ordering. To add insult to injury, there was hair in my McFlurry today. I’m completely avoiding this place and wouldn’t recommend!!

MISS SHIRLEY IS ONE OF THE BEST SUPERVISOR MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET SWEET NICE VERY POLITE AND VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND SHE TOOK CARE OF ME WHEN MY ORDER WAS MESSED UP. AND I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT A LOT. IVE BEEN COMING TO THAT MCDONALD'S FOR 13 YEARS. SHE IS THE BEST PLEASE KEEP AND GIVE HER A RASIE AND HER STAFF IS JUST LIKE HER THE BEST CREW I EVER SAW AT A MCDONALD'S IN A LONG TIME THEY ALL NEED TO BE REWARD THE WORK HARD AT ONE OF THE BUSIEST MCDONALD'S I EVER BEEN AT!!!
