Second window, little Hispanic girl hands me my food, made zero eye contact, didn’t say a word and proceeds to close the window!!! Terrible.

The manager at this location was extremely rude. Told an older woman that she needed to order a bigger coffee because she asked for too much cream due to “inventory”. She yells at all her staff and is very disrespectful. The gentleman at the counter was very respectful despite being yelled at by their manager.
I would not recommend going to this store. Mostly because it’s not okay for a “manager” to treat not only the employees but her customers awful.

Went through the drive-through approximately 4 PM on Sunday. Asked for a McChicken with mustard, ketchup, pickle, onion, and lettuce only. This request cost $2.29 plus an additional $.90 supposedly for the onion, pickle and lettuce. when looking at the sandwich an incomplete piece of pickle was on the bun with onions were nowhere to be found. When I went around the building and walked in the store, I asked for the store manager. The staff couldn’t even find that person. I don’t recommend using that McDonald’s.

I have a big family so every time we order McDonald's it's usually a big order. For some reason this McDonald's in pickerington can pretty much never get my order right. 8 out of 10 times multiple things are missing. And hardly ever answers the phone when I call to let them aware. I have to triple check everytime we go there now. And they like to get an attitude when I'm checking what I'm getting.

Who’s the cheap skate that owns this franchise? Can’t get your own drink refill, now they don’t even have ketchup or napkins out. You have to stand at the counter wait 10 minutes for someone to actually come out from the back for a ketchup packet. This amount of cheapness is ridiculous. Shame on the owner. Wouldn’t recommend anyone come here
