I ordered through the app for pick up on Sunday. The promotion for kids get a free pizza was not honored despite me meeting all the requirements. The gentleman said it was for dine in only however I don’t see it saying that anywhere and why would It say on the app for mobile, ordering as well? I ordered multiple items on my pizza, but I was missing pepperoni. My wife got 5 to 6 different cheeses and even selected extra on a few of them, but there was more cheese in my kids lunch bowls then there was on her pizza. Pretty frustrating experience when they didn’t appear to be busy, but clearly didn’t pay attention or care about our pizzas.

We tried MOD Pizza for the first time, and unfortunately it’ll also be our last. For the price, the quality just isn’t there. The pizza itself had an okay flavor, but the crust was a major disappointment — pastey, chewy, and nothing like what you’d expect from a place specializing in pizza.
Overall, it felt overpriced for what you get. With so many better pizza spots out there, MOD Pizza just doesn’t make the cut for us.

I come often, it's my favorite pizza place, however tonight was terrible. The employees weren't very friendly, looked annoyed, I ordered to go, when I grabbed my pizza and went to car it wasn't even hot, it was a mushy taste, I think they took out of oven too early and let it sit. It was my worst experience there. I told my friend, as much as I eat here I don't think I'll be back anytime soon

We recently placed a large order for seven people, and Jasmine and Kyle made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Even with the size of our order, they stayed calm, friendly, and welcoming the whole time. They took their time to make sure everything was right and really made us feel appreciated as customers.

I have been ordering delivery from the Mod Pizza - Pickerington location for a couple months now. If you asked me yesterday I would have given this location 4.5 stars.
However today I placed my normal order, it arrived quickly but when I went to eat my Caesar salad I found several pieces of brown slimy rotten lettuce.
If you give me the wrong toppings or dressing, those are mistakes I understand and will forgive any restaurant for as it happens from time to time. If you give me rotten food I will never give your business my money again.

Pizza was good worker was speaking very quiet couldn't hear a word she said after asking her to repeat herself 5 times and no one else stepping in to help I just kinda went with a random pizza Honestly never experienced something like this before I thought I was being pranked . If same person was working I would probably go else were

Updated review - Pizza messed up and 2nd had so much sauce if was dripping off. Other pizza had so much pesto the crust was soggy. Never had this issue here. Hopefully they will improve or we won't be back.

Mod Pizza on Hill Road in Pickerington is a great place to eat, it is wonderful to get what you order the way you order it with a friendly staff. You are greeted when you enter the restaurant and when you leave. A very enjoyable staff and eating out experience.
