Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

I have never felt the need to leave a review until my recent experience at this location. This comes as a surprise because past visits to this Orange Leaf have been nothing but pleasant. The checkout experience was fine, but while we were sitting down eating the older woman working the register was talking loudly on the phone, cursing, and I even think I overheard her mention something about selling drugs to a friend. For a place that purports to be family friendly, this is completely unacceptable and I will not be visiting going forward.

We had an amazing time, my friend and I both got cups and the froyo and toppings were so awesome, I got a second cup. The most memorable part was definitely the customer service! Shout out to Carly and Shelby, they were funny and personable, we literally loved them. We usually go to a farther froyo place, but on our first visit we’ve definitely been convinced to come back again.

Gross the store just feels dirty. The employee stands behind the counter doing nothing. Literally their job is nothing and then they have a tip button for doing absolutely nothing. What’s that about? you’re bored employees should learn how to clean.

Froyo was fine,candy bar toppings are stale, but the atmosphere was terrible, no music or anything just toddler shows that were repative and quite annoying, the workers are cold and stand off-ish made me really not want to stay in the store very long, place was also dirty, I don't think I will not be returning

My family really enjoys coming here. The flavors are great and always exciting to see the new flavors or blends. For low stars is for the employee at the register was not a delight to deal with. We have a rewards card that is no longer active, gave a number no longer active then another co worker came out and she was very nice and helped her and was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend for the flavors

Walked in 25 mins before close and they had already shut down the toppings. Didn’t even get to get frozen yogurt.

We arrived 15 minutes prior to closing and were greeted with “Just so you know, we’re not accepting cash and none of the toppings are open.”You’re either open or you’re not open.

Me an my daughter found this place on Google an we were both excited this being our first time. The place was nice an clean but the smell was not so pleasant. No one was at the counter to greet us in but they soon came from the back. They were nice an it was kinda easy to figure out what do. The flavors were exciting to choose from. My daughter loved it an so did I.

Just moved from California. I got the smallest cup filled up halfway with 2 cherries...7.99!!! Way more than our cali prices disappointed and will not be going back.

Good frozen ice cream, but very pricey. Pay per ounce. This location has 10 different flavors, and 15 different toppings. Highly over priced.

Are you ever actually open?

You need to hire MORE PEOPLE you only have 3 workers and 2 of em u have working all day EVERYDAY and the manager is NEVER HERE HIRE MORE PPL AND STOP PUTING THE WHILE STORE ON 2 GIRLS EVERYDAY ALL DAY
