I never order pizza from Papa John’s because usually I’m more of a flyers guy. I took a chance today and ordered some and a man named Craig gave me a really good deal on a really big pizza and was really friendly and remembered that I asked for garlic dipping sauce and gave it to me when I got there. He is doing a great job in there.

I ordered a medium pizza around 3pm it did not arrive until 5:40 pm. Cold by a door dasher. He stated he did not receive the delivery until 5pm. I was told the pizza would be delivered in 34 to 40 mins. Around 3:41 I called the store and some guy answered I tried to explain to him that we paid by credit card and that it had been one hour. First time I stopped in there. Have a screen up above counter of the pizzas they have. No prices. Asked if they had a menu. Girl points up. No shit. I can see that.If it wasn't for my girlfriend wanting P J's s I would have just walked out. Alot of better pizza places all around there. Did I say it was the first time there. It's the last time as well. Pizza Hut across the street their better anyways. Go there!!!! Hell Little Caesars is too..

We love the Papa John’s on Hamilton Road, but live further away now so we went to this one. Pizza tasted so bad. The crust was too thin for Papa John’s, sauce was really sweet which I’m not a fan of nor used to from them and just overall tasted a bit old and gross. Would not come back to this one.

I went to pick up my pizza and bites from this place and the food tasted old and burnt. They gave me 1 pepperoni on every other slice. I called to speak to the manager and all he said was I'm sorry but there is nothing I can do about it. I will not go to this place again. Horrible customer service and the food was burnt and not good.

Went into the store tonight first guy that helped us was very nice and helpful , when we went to pick up the pizza they forgot the sauce so we advised the tall guy with blondish hair wearing glasses in the front of the store ,so he went and grabbed the sauce and threw it on the box we asked if he was okay and he gave us the thumbs up, then we were asking for a bag he ignored us so I asked again, and he went to grab one and again just threw it towards us, very rude guy, he definitely should not be working there. I called the store and spoke with the same guy who first helped us, and advised him of what happened and asked for corporate phone number, he didn't give it and said he would talk to the guy and tell him that was not acceptable. If the rude guy doesn't like his job, he should find another one. Not a good look for the store especially when this was our first time there.

Extremely unhappy. Ordered two pizzas and didn't notice a FULL ACRYLIC NAIL in my pizza. Called the store and pressed the extension to speak to a manager feeling sick to my stomach to let them know what happened and got hung up on!!! Came to the store and everyone inside started deflecting responsibility telling me the only girl there didn't lose any nails. She walked around the corner with several nails missing. Got a refund but still terrible customer service and a terrible experience. Also nobody in the store wearing gloves was the root of the issue.
I had quite a few boxes to carry by myself & Natalie offered to help immediately, I didn’t even ask. Great customer service. Food was great too.

Management said they wouldn't help me after overcharging me for something they ran out off….. It would be okay if they would charge the price in the menu but i never got my refund .

Waited almost 2 hours for my food that was quoted 42 minutes. Called to speak to a manager who told me 3 times that the driver had forgotten my food & there was no way it was cold because it was under a warmer in the store. It was in fact cold. Was told he couldn't do anything about it, call back later & then he hungup on me.

Last three pizzas have been horrible. There was hardly any cheese and the crust wal about 1 1/2 from the edge. I'm done with this joint. I hope all the other franchise is not like this location. Not worth anyone's money!
