The food here is hit or miss. Stopped in this evening for a small pizza and wings. Got home and opened the box to these sad looking boneless wings. How is this even acceptable to serve paying customers? Is it too much effort to cover the wing in sauce? I might be done with this location. Disappointed too many times.

Supposed to be 1 topping chicken sausage but they literally gave us pork sausage and chicken (2 toppings) and we don't eat pork.
FYI, no salad bar.

Dietary restrictions: Make sure when you order chicken sausage that they give you actual chicken and not pork because they definitely gave me pork when I ordered chicken....and didn't fix it.

Beautifully Broken

I just got a pizza tonight. One pizza wasn't cooked all the way & the other had no sauce. It was disgusting. Probably won't go back.

Ordering a DoorDash order however I added onto it called the store itself gave them my card. Let them know that I already had an order placed upon DoorDash being dropped off. My order wasn’t there so I tried to call and rectify the situation to either get the pizza brought to me or refund my card However they kept sending me to voicemail would not answer my phone. My wife called my daughter called and the Manager Brandon, who was obviously on something and let me explain why you have a shirt on a hoodie with a ball cap and a hood up over the ball cap and you’re working in an oven baking pizzas refuse to give me my money and told me he could not give me a pizza or the one that I had already ordered. Eventually, the young gentleman gave me the pizza after a bit of argument. There is no way this guy should be working at no store very unprofessional and definitely was on some kind of substance. There is no way you can work like that have that attitude and not be if I could give it a zero I would.

I tried for over an hour to get ahold of someone to get a missing part of my order ans noone ever answered the phone.
I got someone at the corporate office and they said they would contact the store and it could take 1-3 days to get a phone call back.
I just want a refund for my missing item.

When the order is out for delivery within 30 minutes of ordering, you always have to wonder if it’s thoroughly cooked/baked. Many times my pizza has not been thoroughly cooked. Happened again today. This is just the first time I’m leaving a review because I’m honestly just getting tired of it being a repeated issue. Here’s a picture of it in the oven because I’m having to yet again finish cooking the pizza. Why aren’t pizzas being checked before being sent out?

We placed an online order at 4:41 with an estimated time of delivery of 5:26 and placed a call when it then changed to 6:26 and put on hold for 20 min got pizza at 6:15. It was cold by then. We got a 15 dollar credit for the next time we order. I'm not sure it's worth the trouble.

Absolutely terrible!! I placed an order for delivery and tipped $20 but somehow it was switched to carryout?? Went in and was practically reprimanded I didn’t have an insulated pizza bag to carry my items then handed a doordash pizza bag. Was not given my 4, 20oz drinks- missing a lot of items and wish I could post videos bc it shows how hard these donuts are and plus my practically uncooked Cinnabon rolls with no icing. Called and was told there’s nothing they can do and was hung up on!! Absolutely ridiculous when I spent $100 and tipped and undeserving $20

Worst service the last 2 times coming here. Waiting hr to get my food and order being wrong. Last time ordering from this place.

Worst service I've ever seen in my life. I ordered on the app and said be ready in 20 minutes. Took me 30 min to get there and waited an additional 15 min in line to pick up just to find out they totally skipped my order and never even cooked anything I ordered. On top of that it said my order was ready and on there tv monitor said it's been done. I'll be sure to go out of my way to different location for now on.

My food wasn't fully cooked and my order was incorrect from what I placed online. I called back and spoke with the manager he was very rude and told me that he would not replace my order because I ordered from the Pizza Hut website. He stated that I should have called in instead of ordering online and that was my fault. I told him that that doesn't make any sense. I asked for his name and he stated that he didn't have a name and hung up on me. I then called back and recorded the whole conversation where he then went on to taunt me and say he felt threatened when I raised my voice because I'm black. When all I did was ask for his name and his manager's name. He then called my phone back an hour later and was playing on my phone and also two more times late at night which I didn't answer. This is the craziest thing I've ever experienced. I'm actually in the process of speaking about this incident with the Columbus News team as they are interested in the story and recording with the proof that I have on this manager. Beware if you order from here due to racism. I hope this review reaches the right people to look into this racist and immature manager. He needs to be exposed.

When I tell you this is the Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to hands down the manager Nathan service is top tier I’ve never had this type of service at any fast food these guys rock forsure #1 global ❤️ It’s a must try I will always come here no matter how for I live..
