Ordered 2 pizzas and they were flat, tasted gross, and they didnt even cut it. I had to cut it myself. I don't like to complain so I just tried to get it replaced and they told me no that's how it's supposed to be.

Today April 5th 2024 at 8:00 pm EST, I called and ordered pizza for delivery unfortunately what they brought to me was not I ordered but I called again to let them know about, I was told to hold to talk to the manager some reasons someone keep hanging up on me, I think Ijust got robbed $35 by Pizza Hut management what a ashamedThis place is a disgrace ????I will call the corporate on you mark my wordsCome get your pizza and get me my money back

Marcela was by herself tonight and she was absolutely killing it. Getting all the orders out and keeping a smile on her face. She deserves a raise, a paid night off and some help. She was an absolute blessing as I was coming in after being at the hospital for multiple hours today with my son she definitely lifted my spirits. God Bless you.

I arrived a little early, so I had a little wait, which was my fault. Even though I had a little wait, the staff was very friendly and talked to me while I waited. The pizza's were accurate and VERY good. My family was very happy.

Finally open for dine in again. Not full service yet, but great to dine in again. Great pizza.
My order was incorrect and when i called in to have it rectified; the “manager” literally stated that she would not fix the order. I then asked for the person who was over her and she stated “she was not obligated to give me the names of managers and that she would not be fixing my order”. Also half of my order was missing from my delivery and i had to wait an additional hour to receive it. 10/10 do not recommend. My pizza was also undercooked as was the pasta

Pizza tasted bland and the crust was weak. Bread sticks weren't much better. Only part of the meal that was good was the Cinnabons. Marco's and Flyer's out pizzas this location.

Walked in on a Friday night to multiple employees laughing and carrying on, stood and watched one young lady on face chat with a friend. When asked if we could dine in, we were told by a male employee that is was carryout only. Renovated dining room and obviously little to no carryout orders or deliveries to worry about with all the goofing around that was going on. You mean to tell me, one of the five employees couldn't sit a simple pizza on a table for me if I ordered from the counter? If I were the owners, on obviously a slow night, I would be irate that my employees allowed money to walk out the door due to laziness. Not only did they lose money this evening, but we will no longer be Pizza Hut Customers.
