Chicken tenders so thin I thought it was shrimp on first appearance, hardly any meat on the bone. Mac n cheese was basically 5 noodles and a bowl of cheese. Better chicken options at Canes and DQ not to mention tastier signature dips than Popeyes. One star ⭐️

Went through the drive thru, absolutely no one ahead or behind me. Was asked to pull up to a sidewalk and wait. I waited for exactly 30 minutes (this while watching others go through and leave with their orders) before I went inside looking for my 48 dollar order. When I told the cashier that i was waiting for my food, he took my receipt to look for my order and came back and said that they were looking for me. When I got my food it was warm not hot. So clearly they weren’t looking for me as I drive a big truck. Kinda hard to miss.

A brand new store but waiting for our food for a half hour is simply not acceptable and no way to do business.

Service is very slow, every other online order is served with missing items. Make sure you check every item before leaving the counter or drive thru.

I visited the Pickerington, Ohio 43147 location and it was horrible! I had horrible service today. The food I ordered was incorrect. Their wasn't chicken choices ready, it was cold. The French fries cold and the coleslaw was old. The manager hung up on me and was very rude and disrespectful. My experience was a zero. This is not the first time this has happened. I spent over $15 on one order. I will not wish to go back!

Always out of something, the one thing they aren’t ever out of is old af chicken. Go to Brice rd like I should have because Pickerington Popeyes never fails to disappoint.

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I’ve encountered with my recent orders. On two separate occasions, my drive-thru orders were missing the fries. Unfortunately, I only realized this once I got home and opened the bag.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a better experience in the future.

The last 2 visits were horrible, food was cold, old and dry and it shouldn't have been served, my family and I had to throw it away, definitely very disappointed in my $19.87 meal that should have been spent at Longhorn, I wont be back to this location

Gosh I hate to admit it but I agree with the bad reviews for this place. The employees were fun and attentive. However we only got 1 biscuit on an 8 piece meal. And they forgot our sauces. Also our chicken tenders were very small. We got it to go so we discovered it after driving home 30 minutes later. It was kinda expensive especially for what we received. We will not go to Popeyes again. Lee's chicken all the way!

Service was great, Ordered a family meal to take home and the sweet and spicy wings combo to eat there. The wings were very good, the chicken I took home was okay.

Orderd a 24 piece chicken nuggets on door dash. All the chicken nuggets was inedible. Called the store and the employee quotes that's how they get it on the truck and popeyes is supposedly phasing out the nuggets. How can they/popeyes push out food like this??? Money down the drain. Will not be returning.
