I’m a regular customer and often have very good, friendly experiences when I come in. My food is always hot and yummy, my drinks are always tasty, and I’m helped very thoroughly. But the most recent time I went in to the Pickerington location on 07/21/2025, I was helped by a redhead, and she was very rude and dismissive while I was ordering. She was acting as if it was an inconvenience to take my order and she was annoyed that I was there. And she didn’t even punch my porter’s loyalty card and my drink was the worst it has ever been, it tasted like straight up milk.

First visit. Had ham and cheese egg pie everything bagel, tried a berry smoothie without dairy but the banana replacement was overpowering.

Waiting in line because of slowness and people who jump line by not going through the correct door and you have no problem with that. I am not doing the right thing anymore and being punished for it.

This is our favorite coffee shop in the area. The selections are great and our favorite is The Islander. We frequent this place every time we feel like this.

Very disappointed, the manager with the black hair was very disrespectful and gave a disgusting look after asking a simple question. She seemed very uninterested in helping her guests and gave a bad taste to the company.

My favorite coffee shop! The baked goods and breakfast items are always so amazing as well as the coffee. My husband and I also got our wedding cake from hoarders and had so many compliments on how good it was.
