I’m a regular customer and often have very good, friendly experiences when I come in. My food is always hot and yummy, my drinks are always tasty, and I’m helped very thoroughly. But the most recent time I went in to the Pickerington location on 07/21/2025, I was helped by a redhead, and she was very rude and dismissive while I was ordering. Ps they did our wedding cake and cupcakes back in 2021 and were wonderful!
My favorite coffee shop! The baked goods and breakfast items are always so amazing as well as the coffee. My husband and I also got our wedding cake from hoarders and had so many compliments on how good it was.
