i love this pulp location but they are ALWAYSSS understaffed! management needs to take care of their employees. the wait time is always like 20 minutes for one drink. still love them tho big fan

I am originally from Ohio but moved to North Carolina. I was excited to try pulp and had such a good experience that I came back the next day to try something different. This time the vibe was just OFF. It goes beyond not being greeted, it goes beyond feeling like I am a bother for asking questions about the menu. I’m not sure if there was something but when I came to order everyone just kept doing what they were doing. No one reassured me that they were going to be with me in a minute. They answered the phone, they did everything BUT take my order. I considered walking out. Now, I understand you get busy, but I just wanted to, AS A CUSTOMER, feel reassured. Maybe there was something within the employees that was going on? I am not sure but I will go to another location. Smoothies are amazing though.

Usually the service and food is good. How ever the staff in there this Saturday was very poor. They made drinks wrong weren’t paying attention. Made my drink wrong and also took forever. I came in before the crowd and they made mine after everyone else.

New Go-To Lunch Spot!

Just tried Pulp, Juice and Smoothie Bar for the first time, and I'm seriously impressed. I had the Asian Chicken Wrap and the Elite Eight Smoothie, and both were absolutely fantastic. The wrap was fresh, flavorful and perfectly balanced, while the smoothie was rich, refreshing and packed with nutrients - definitely one of the best I've had.

The vibe of the place is clean and inviting, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food and customer experience.

If you're looking for a healthy and satisfying lunch spot, this place is a must-try, I'll definitely be coming back!
