Payment kiosk didn't have ink on receipt. Left debit card on table. Manager claimed didn't have card, looked in safe. Charge I didn't make...AT Red Robin. 3 days later another manager said they had my card. Card never left Red Robin. Said they were finding transactions but never called back. They refuse to address situation. Too long of story for review, but ended with they couldn't find record of me being there and didn't want to see screen shots of transactions with their logo on my account. The pushback seems suspicious.
The kids like the food. Good portion sizes. Limited options and just a little better than fast food.

Have had multiple wrong delivery experiences with this location. On my most recent order, both burgers were wrong. The one that was requested to add mayo was missing it, and the Keep It Simple ordered, had toppings that aren't even offered on app. Ended up having to throw it out due to an allergy with the individual it was ordered for.
Steak fries were cold and soggy when they arrived, and the delivery bag smelled of cigarettes. That's on the DoorDash driver though.
I called after the delivery, and was told I'd be refunded for the mistake, but no refund ever processed.

Poor management. Walked in at 6:30pm on a Saturday with no one sitting in the bar and was told it was an hour wait and they wouldn’t let us sit at the bar because the bartender couldn’t handle it. How are you not staffed during peak time during the week????

Just tired of delivery orders being wrong. Ordered three root beer floats and an order of chips. The chips were very overdone and dark brown/black, and the floats didn’t come with any ice cream.
You make burgers..... How do you fail at the item in your literal name? Red Robin has a terrible habit of slopping whatever they want together for DoorDash and UberEats orders while surcharging everything they possibly can. They sent me a pink burger with fries when I asked for a no pink burger with onion rings. They know their fries are not good when delivered right? So those are inedible. The burger was so sloppy I couldn't remove the undercooked burger to microwave it..... So I doesn't 32 dollars for one burger. ONE BURGER and onion rings. Neither of which I could eat. The receipt very clearly says onion rings and no pink. But like I said... They do not care about their customers getting food from the apps despite us paying a crazy markup. Also maybe don't offer to remake it for me to pick it up. You miss the whole purpose of my ordering online. If I wanted to come to your establishment I would have.

Have been several times and stood at the host stand for over 20 mins, no communication from the multiple staff members that walk past you! That is when they do not have a million balloons at the front door!

I usually enjoy Red Robin, but my recent Uber Eats experience was disappointing. The issue wasn’t with the delivery service—it was the poor quality of the food. I ordered a Gourmet Bacon Cheeseburger, but what I received was dry, burnt, and absurdly small—barely the size of a White Castle burger. I requested condiments and toppings on the side, but they were missing, along with one of the patties.
The second burger I ordered, a single cheeseburger combo for my daughter, was also dry and missing toppings. Ironically, her single patty burger was larger than my supposed double.
To make matters worse, after reporting the issues, I was credited only $5 on a $40+ order, despite the food being inedible. While I understand I ordered through a third-party platform, the quality of the food ultimately reflects on the restaurant’s standards.
Delivery shouldn’t be an excuse for subpar food. This experience has left me hesitant to order from Red Robin again, as the integrity of the food should remain consistent across all platforms.

Waited 30 minutes for a table with our 2 grandkids and the restaurant was only half full. Waited 45 minutes for our food which came out almost cold . I asked the waitress why such a long wait for the food and her response was the kitchen got backed up. I guess Red Robin doesn't want to hire enough severs or kitchen help at their restaurant? We also upgraded 2 bottomless sides on our enters and did not get them until we were finished with the rest of our meal. This is not acceptable. I hope this is not their new normal or we will not be dining there again. We were there for 2.5 hours by the time we paid our check.**UPDATE** The restaurant manager did reach out to me and we are going to give it another try. Fingers crossed.

The first time my family went here, my dad got food poisoning, and as of writing this, he is still sick. The service isn’t the best thing ether, our server just started walking and didn’t tell us to follow him so he just walked off into the restaurant. The atmosphere is actually decent, the booths could be a little bigger though.
