Excellent food and friendly staff

Really liked it the first time I tried it. I get the veggie sub. I went again today and it was disappointing. Wilted looking lettuce and they forgot to put italian dressing on it so it was basically just a dry salad on a bun. Some veggies were missing though even though they asked me if there were some I didn't want and I said no. I didn't get a pickle with my sandwich this time either. Idk if I'll be back or not. The experience seems inconsistent.

We had a get together after my Mom's funeral catered. Everyone loved the food and was delivered as requested. Set up was done and we were ready to go! Thanks Rick!

Stopped for first time because I was told they had great sandwiches. I think the owner was just leaving and he said today was the burger special or something like that. So I got the burger. Way too much salt. I couldn't eat it. I even went back and told them. Seasoning is good but that was just too much. Will give them another chance though. Just to see. And the staff, very unfriendly. No one spoke to each other, at least while I was there.

This place is sooooo good . My only complaint is they are never open . How are you going to get me hooked on that jimbo sandwich and not be open after that lmao . It was FRESH!

Rick’s Freshmade did an amazing job catering my daughter’s baby shower! Everyone enjoyed it! The food was beautifully set up and delicious! They communicated so well and were very punctual and reliable. They were also so very helpful during the event. I highly recommend them!

I give Rick's deli a five star review. From the moment I walked in with the atmosphere, and the food is delicious great experience. The owner Rick is very nice and welcoming so is his staff. He also runs specials everyday so you know what he's having during the week outside of other food you can order . I love his chicken salad, I go at least once or twice a week to get it. Everything I eat there is great and fresh, I would highly recommend to try Rick's Deli I think you will agree and want to become a regular and tell others. You won't be disappointed all around a great experience,will continue to go back. If you don't give them a try you're missing out. Again 5 star rating.

Rick works tirelessly to make the BEST sandwiches in Pickerington, and great customer service is included just like the pickle. Fast, fresh, and served with a smile, I can’t recommend Rick’s Freshmade enough!

Great food, awesome atmosphere. I moved to the area two years ago and never knew about this place. I stopped in today and it is fantastic.

The lights are on but they are closed Christmas Eve.

This is a cute quaint little place that has the most amazing sandwiches ever. If you're hungry for a sandwich come here.
