Romeo's Pizza Reviews
Tonight at 5:30PM I ordered a pizza. I was told it was 50 minutes for delivery, wow, pretty long but okay, they warned me. At about the 75 minute mark, there was some concern. I tried calling the store. I was holding for 16 minutes (meaning 90 minutes after ordering) and finally, when someone picked up, before I could speak, they hung up on me. I tried calling back immediately, stayed on hold for another 9 minutes and then the pizza was delivered just as someone picked up and...read full review
I ordered lite bake and received burnt pizza.
First time there for me. I called and placed my order at 3:10 to pick up at 4:30. I arrived at 4:20 and waited. I asked about the pizza and was told 10 minutes. 4:30 came and went . 4:40 I was told it was being cut now. 4:50 still no pizza 4:55 asked again still no pizza. I paid for my pizza and bought soda. Romeo's Pizza is a reliable spot for a delicious meal, known for their buffalo pizza and kaponey sauce, which are favorites among customers. They also offer unique takes on pizza and deep dish options. The ingredients, aside from the sauce, are really good, and the pizza is often hot and fresh when picked up, usually ready within 20 minutes. Sometimes, the pizza can be greasy, but the flavorful and spicy Capone sauce helps make up for it. The open kitchen provides a different dining experience, and the staff are always welcoming, helpful, and work well together, creating a friendly atmosphere.
Customers appreciate that the staff are honest and attentive, though there can be some inconsistencies with toppings and online ordering issues. The restaurant’s app is simple but effective, allowing customers to earn rewards points, although some wish the rewards system had more options. Additionally, some customers have noted that the gluten free crust is no longer available at this location, with only cauliflower crust offered, which they find disappointing. Despite some minor issues, the overall experience, food quality, and atmosphere make Romeo's Pizza a popular choice for many.
