Oh where to start. Ordered 2 pizzas 30-35 minutes to pick up. When I arrived I was told it would still be a few minutes. They proceeded to pull 1 of my pizzas out, box it, and put it on a unheated shelf/rack. They then told me they lost the other pizza I ordered ( they didn't make it). Stood there for 25 minutes for them to make it. Was just givin a quick sorry no discount nothing else. So now I have a hot pizza and a cold pizza (from sitting on the unheated storage rack for 25 mins). When I got home we had received the wrong crust on both pizzas. Sat there and ate my crummy cold pizza on a Friday night yum.

This Pickerington location is always clean. People are friendly and pizza is always done in time promised. Jazelle is always a pleasure to meet at the counter and cheerful but so are many others. Can’t go wrong at the location.
I love their sweet sauce. And the chicken bbq pizza has me in a choke hold like no other.

We’ve been doing carry out from this Romeo’s for years. It’s our favorite as far as chain pizza goes, and my kids’ favorite period. Great deals, great options. The pizza quality is sometimes inconsistent, occasionally under or over cooked, but most of the time it’s good.
I give this location 5 stars for service, especially Jazelle who works the front desk on weekends. She knows my face now and doesn’t ever ask my name, and she always knows exactly where my order is and gets it to me quickly. She’s cool as a cucumber when things get backed up and busy and does a great job keeping the front moving.
We’ve only had problems with an order once or twice, and they were helpful and quick to fix it.
I came in and made a mistake in my order, without hesitation Jazelle went above and beyond to make my mistake right. This is why Romeo’s is always my choice for pizza in Pickerington, and the pizza is delicous
