If you're looking for the best wings in Pickerington, look no further. Roosters consistently delivers on quality, flavor, and atmosphere. The wings are always a 10/10—fantastic sauce selection and cooked to crispy perfection. But the real star for me is the Dumpster Fries. That amazing pile of fries, cheese, bacon, jalapeños, and ranch is absolutely addictive. It's the perfect shareable (or not!) companion to the wings. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the TVs are always tuned to the big game. A reliable and delicious spot I'll keep coming back to again and again.

My favorite place and favorite roosters location. The food is always consistent and LOVE the staff. The managers are always walking through making sure food and service are good. The staff is very friendly and nice. Great place for food, drinks, and just chill.

Believe it or not it's our go to spot. It's food is good and you can have a very reasonable date night even though they raised prices a bit. Its a bit loud if your noise sensitivity but patio great. I'd give the food a 5 if they had a pasta dish and a rice dish. That would be the perfect menu then.

We came in hoping to enjoy some quality time together, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing due to the service we received from our server, Sara. From the beginning, she treated us with an attitude and rushed us through the ordering process. To make matters worse, she was driving us to pay before we were even finished with our meal, despite the posted policy clearly stating that orders are taken until 11:15 PM and we came at 10:40pm.
This created an unwelcoming environment where we felt pressured to rush through our food rather than enjoy it. The only time she smiled was when it came time to collect payment, which made the experience feel transactional rather than hospitable. It is unreasonable to expect a generous tip when the service makes customers feel unwanted.
We ultimately tipped out of courtesy, but the service was unprofessional and disappointing. This is not the kind of experience customers should have, and I hope management addresses this so future guests feel welcomed rather than rushed.

We are customer so Disrespectful by employee 😒 😑 very bad act on as to night so we don't like it anymore more again over there because of that to money things happen to as we give to them cush she asking as do you need change i tell her yes and she mad and she start talking about as we here them and we gave to them cash change even so she take it like crazy and run around as she never appreciated as and she push as we close you guys you can go she said to as that's very bad we don't like it and no one like that too .

We went to Roosters Restaurant around 10:40 pm, and they told us that stopping orders is at 11:15 pm. However, the waitress seemed upset from the start and treated us very poorly 👎. We didn’t see a manager to report her attitude, and when we left a tip, she appeared unhappy with it—maybe expecting more, despite her bad service.
Her attitude included:
1. Rushing us to finish.
2. Standing over us to collect payment immediately after serving the food.
3. Talking with another co-worker about us, while both of them looked at us as if we were criminals 👀. *I do not recommend this place at all.*
Advice for the company in general:
1. Provide better training for your employees.
2. Ensure consistency and professionalism across all your franchise locations
I ordered wings for carryout from Roosters in Pinkerton, Ohio. I picked up the food late at night and ate the wings shortly after. Immediately afterward, I began experiencing severe stomach cramps.
I called the restaurant to report what happened, as this was the only food I had eaten that evening. The person I spoke with told me to go to the hospital but stated that the restaurant could not do anything about it.
While discussing the incident with my son, he told me he had heard from others that laxatives may have been added to the wings. This would explain my urgent need to use the restroom immediately after eating and the intense cramps I experienced.
This situation raises serious concerns about food safety and possible intentional tampering. I request that this matter be investigated immediately to ensure no one else suffers similar symptoms. Any one else have a experience like this?
