This was my first time going here. I got the country fries steak with potatoes. The food was really good and the amount of food you get is amazing. Our waitress we had was really nice. It was rather busy but the staff was taking care of everyone in the restaurant very well. The only problem I had was the handicap parking. There isn’t enough handicap spaces.

The pickerington location was severely disappointing and bothersome. Service was horrendous. We were sat at a table that hadn’t been wiped down with visible food everywhere and the previous customers check, when the server noticed he still didn’t do anything, we stood visibly bothered and after a few minutes he finally asked us if we wanted the table wiped down. We then were met with another server who was acting very strange and made us uncomfortable and only came to our table twice the entire time we dined. The place was severely overstaffed yet at times felt like no one was working. Another worker sat down to talk to a patron for over 20 minutes. And there was at least 5-6 employees just standing around the hostess stand talking. It made for a terrible morning. We will not be back here at all.

This will perhaps be my last visit. I like their Westgate skillet. However, the skillet was hot, and the eggs that they placed on top were hot, but the rest (chiles, potatoes, onions, & sausage) were cold. I get it. When you're busy, you make stuff beforehand so it can be quicker. I've been to a different Scrambler's that does this as well, and I thought it a one-off. Apparently not. Too bad.

I've been a huge fan of scrambles for a long time I hadn't been to the one on Hamilton road. I went there with a guest. The server barely paid attention to us when we were asking her questions about the food they brought the food out My friend had ordered sourdough bread French toast and they had some other random bread and it was cold. The only highlight was the server admitted that it was bad food and credited hers off but again not with a smile or something that she could have turned into a positive She barely paid any attention to us while we talked to her

The food was excellent! It was our first time eating at a Scramblers. The server was attentive and polite. The food was served very quickly and the portions were huge!

I called in order at this location on July 31st 2025 and my server was named Brittany. I had my husband to go in to pick up my order and he said that Britney double-checked my order and notice that the apple butter that I ordered was missing and she made sure to include it in my order. I am grateful for that because many times I have gotten my order here and once I made it home my order was incomplete for what I asked for. I am grateful that scramblers have workers like Brittany who actually care about the customer's order. GO BRITTANY!!!!! 😀
