Smoothie King

I tried the 8 grain loaded peanut butter toast today and liked it a lot! I subbed the blueberries for more strawberries. Wish I would have gotten the drizzle of honey.

Always enjoy Smoothie King! They always take good care of me with my order and make sure to get the customizations right! As a diabetic, I have to make sure to get my food right!

Never ever order online to this smoothie king! Only go here if you are going to stand in front of them and watch them make your smoothie. Every single time I order online and put add-ins like extra protein the pure recharge or other fruits they NEVER put them in. I just paid an extra $5 for additional protein Ginger and the pure recharge and there's nothing in it it is a regular smoothie I can't taste the protein at all the Smoothie tastes like pure water. I tried calling to ask them to remake it and I would come back but nobody would answer the phone. This is happened to me on multiple occasions and exactly why I go to Tropical Smoothie instead I'm not paying $15 for a smoothie when they can't even put the stuff in and rip me off.

I ordered through the Smoothie King app, not DoorDash, but my order was delivered through DoorDash. Part of my order was missing, and when I reached out to DoorDash, they told me I had to contact Smoothie King directly.

I tried calling this location several times, but the phone doesn’t ring or connect to anyone. So I went in person the next day to get help. Instead of assisting me or offering a solution, the employee told me to “contact corporate” but couldn’t provide a number or any guidance.

At that point, I was just trying to get the item I already paid for. It’s frustrating to have no real customer support especially when you follow the right steps and still can’t get help. I really enjoy Smoothie King, but this experience left a bad taste. I hope management reviews how customer concerns are handled so guests don’t feel dismissed in the future.

Purchased a medium Collegen Kale Smoothies and it didn't have a taste AT ALL. The color of the smoothie was brown. It was like I was sipping dirty water without a flavor.

They are mostly kids that obviously don’t care. I’m noticing when the younger people are working there, my smoothie is always powdery, and they always take forever, there’s always people waiting, and there’s always some kind of shenanigans going on behind the counter. I gave them two stars for service, because they are usually friendly. But they do a trash job at making smoothies. In addition, they do a trash job at doing it efficiently and timely. I also tried to order on Uber eats to avoid the wait, and once again my smoothie was powdery, and had something weird sprinkled inside of it, and was not even in a bag when given to me by the Uber driver…….

me and my friend went here just yesterday to get smoothies and later we both started feeling really really really sick. we both now have food poisoning and we believe someting it was the smoothies because i started feeling sick as soon as i drank half of mines. it was good but obviously something in it made us sick so be more careful that products arent expired or anything in them.
