“O’Charley’s never disappoints when it comes to food—the meal was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the portions were just right. However, our server seemed a bit distracted, which led to some delays and missed refills. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did take away from the overall experience. That said, I’d still come back for the great food and hope for more attentive service next time!“
