The people working here do NOT know what they are doing. Someone put in peppermint syrup into a caramel macchiato, and then tried to convince us we didn’t know what color the syrup should have been. 0 stars, go learn how to read before applying for a food service job.

Worst experience I had with this girl with knotless braids on they mixed up with my drinks I didn’t get what I ask for and she’s was rolling her eyes on me I ask for matcha with strawberry and they decided to give me this type of drink unbelievable

This is unbelievable. We are on a road trip and need to get somewhere at a certain time. It was early in the morning and need coffee. Thought we would just stop and go but it ended up being a 45 minute wait. We only needed 2 coffees. I am writing this review after the fact and we ended up being around 30 minutes late so I blame Starbucks 100% for me being late. I am never going to one again.

This is the second time I've been to this location, and both times have been great! They can get very busy, and they do the best they can. There are several tables here if you want to bring your laptop to work.

Edit: as you can see by the reply, their customer service is TERRIBLE. They’re referring me to DoorDash when it was THEIR BARISTAS who were bullying me. All I wanted was to be taken care of next (when my order was placed 40 minutes ago). They were so mad that they were not able to keep up with orders coming in that they decided to gang up on me and publicly humiliate me in their place of work.

Original review: My DoorDash order was messed up and DoorDash told me to go pick it up. When I arrived the whole store was full of unhappy customers and the drive thru line was 15 cars deep. The restaurant was GOING DOWN (meaning they were not keeping up with the orders coming in). When I asked for my order I was told they would take care of it. Only to notice they weren’t taking care of it and they were helping everyone else (my order was placed over 40 minutes before. When I asked to be next the barista started arguing with me and then ANOTHER barista started arguing. At which time the manager came up because they were ganging up on me. I just wanted the order. Absolutely terrible. I will NEVER return to this store.

I’m sorry but this location is absolutely awful. My pastries are always COLD even after I ask for them to warm it up. All I ask for is extra cinnamon powder and it’s like they make it point to add none. They alway seem annoyed and there’s two ladies always snapping at one another.

Overpriced mediocre coffee

I pulled up in the drive through and waited for someone to say hello but no one did. After a few minutes, I asked if anyone were there and was rudely told to just wait a minute at which point I waited 5 more minutes before “Scotland” decided to take my order. When I asked what the hold up had been, she did not apologize but told me I had just pulled up when I said hello. I corrected her about the amount of time I had waited only to be told that she didn’t like my question and would not serve me.

I've been going to this Starbucks for a while but have to shout out Kareem who has been a great addition to the service there. Kareem has always been friendly and ensures that our orders are to our liking. He goes above and beyond to ensure Starbucks' customers keep coming back. Thank you Kareem for your friendly and professional service and for your attention to detail.
