Starbucks

Most of the time the workers on my way to and from work have been rude, but then Kenzie got hired and is consistently a pleasure, helpful, quick, and has a good attitude! ☺️ She is quick with the coffee, but takes her time with the customers.

Unfortunately I got diarrhea from drinking coffee from here, but sure if it was from the creamer they used, or if a worker didn’t wash their hands, but I think I’m good on this location

Walked in the lobby and stood there for 5 mins and not one person greeted me. No one said “ welcome in , we’ll be right with you” NOTHING. Idc how busy you are it takes 10 secs to smile and let someone know you see them and will be with them shortly . Do better .

Everyone was kind and inviting. Probably one of the faster Starbucks that I have been too. Impressed with how fast drive thru line went.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Had a horrible experience this morning at this Starbucks in pickerington the customer service was horrible very unprofessional never witnessed anything like that before at any Starbucks barista was very, very rude. So much so I’m deleting my app and will no longer be a customer of Starbucks. Very disappointed in the customer service

My wife picked it up to go, lid immediately popped off and she burned herself. Upon getting to work, the lid popped off their flimsy recycled cup again. Currently wrapping her arm in first-aide burn bandage. Thanks a lot Starbucks!

Horrible experience. The barista tried to tell me my drink was dark due to the espresso but the whole issue was she never put oat milk in the beverage I ordered. Staff was very uninviting. I will not come to this location again.

The people working here do NOT know what they are doing. Someone put in peppermint syrup into a caramel macchiato, and then tried to convince us we didn’t know what color the syrup should have been. 0 stars, go learn how to read before applying for a food service job.

Worst experience I had with this girl with knotless braids on they mixed up with my drinks I didn’t get what I ask for and she’s was rolling her eyes on me I ask for matcha with strawberry and they decided to give me this type of drink unbelievable

This is unbelievable. We are on a road trip and need to get somewhere at a certain time. It was early in the morning and need coffee. Thought we would just stop and go but it ended up being a 45 minute wait. We only needed 2 coffees. I am writing this review after the fact and we ended up being around 30 minutes late so I blame Starbucks 100% for me being late. I am never going to one again.

This is the second time I've been to this location, and both times have been great! They can get very busy, and they do the best they can. There are several tables here if you want to bring your laptop to work.
