First time for me going at this location. Ordered the new falafel pocket because I don’t eat meat for religious reasons. Took a bite and find out it was not falafel, instead it was chicken. I went inside and they gave me refund and actual falafel pocket. I haven’t had meat since I was born and taking the bite made me sick. I had upset stomach and threw up in bathroom which I did clean afterwards. The lady is a human and human being makes mistakes. But I would be more careful serving the order next time. Because there are lot of people outside who don’t eat certain things for certain reasons and mine was religious reason. Hope I will hear from someone.

One of the smaller more cramped Starbucks. I asked about power outlets and they said they had two, but the open didn't work. There was another but an employee was sitting at it and wouldn't give up the spot so my computer died quick. Very strange. The cold brew was ok.

This is the absolute slowest Starbucks. I am not sure if they have staffing issues or what but the one down the street on Brice seems to run without any issues. I always order my drink a good 15 minutes before coming and then sit in line for now 25 mins. You can’t even get out of the line if you wanted to because you are stuck in there with lines of cars behind you. If you had an emergency you would be screwed. I would go in to get my drink but I have a baby. This is the last time I go here.

Got the cran-merry orange drink. It was good but the only complaint I have is I asked for light ice and they didn’t put light ice in there.

What unpleasant staff. The worst customer service experience I have ever received. It's okay that you had a bad day and don't have the attitude, but it doesn't mean it's okay to put customers down either. These are moments like this when you question the reasons why people are hired. An experience that even ruins your day and your meal.

Not to mention the order ended up being incorrect.

Actually the worst tasting drink I've had from a Starbucks or any business even. The wait times were long with no one els3 in the drive through and it appeared they only had one worker for some reason.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. We mobile ordered. It took 20 minutes once we arrived to complete. The staff was extremely rude and seemed preoccupied doing what appeared to be busy work instead of making orders. They couldn’t even take walk in orders with how slow everything was moving. Would not return.

Worstttttt location ever. Doesn't matter if the line is short or long. If you place your order on your phone 20 minutes before you get there. You will ALWAYS have a long wait at this Starbucks.

The drive through line was very long, so I decided to go in. I Placed my order, waited *almost* 20 minutes for 1 drink, then asked if mine was in line or accidentally skipped over (it unintentionally happens!) I was politely told it had only been a 15 minute wait by the extremely busy barista who also apologized for the wait to customers as they got their orders. He also mentioned that he took care of cafe drinks before mobile orders and there were 12 ahead of me when I initially ordered (I did not have a mobile order) I told him I only asked because I had seen many people order after me inside and already receive their drinks. He THEN made mine. No apology. The end result was fine.
I think more staffing is certainly needed to ease this issue - mobile orders/cafe orders should also probably be done in order received, not convieniece or ease of drink preparation.
The part that made me upset was the reaction/ contradiction of the customer. (My receipt said 109pm and I approached/inquired at 127pm-18 minutes, not 15 like he stated or 20 like I over stated, but still a long time to wait for 1 drink when others who ordered just as I did,received theirs first)
