I’ve never in my life made a complaint before. If something with my order isn’t right I normally brush it off and think to myself maybe they were just having a bad day, maybe it wasn’t their fault ect. And drink/ eat it anyway. But today (02/08/24) I went to get Starbucks in the same strip as my new job before my shift started around almost 1:00. I ordered a venti Carmel ribbon crunch with extra Carmel drizzle and extra Carmel crunch (because I don’t like too much of the coffee taste) the older man on the speaker seemed nice then I got to the window (I’m pretty sure it was the same man) I could be mistaken but I paid (I didn’t tip) sometimes I tip and sometimes I don’t it depends on a lot of things not anything against the people working. I don’t want to assume this but it really seemed like this is what happened… I think the man noticed I didn’t tip, told the girl making my drink and I heard her say “I’ll put double in it” and they both started laughing. When I got my drink it didn’t seem like there was really any extra Carmel drizzle and definitely not extra Carmel crunch (I’d assume I had paid extra for these things) my drink had an awful lot of coffee taste to the point where I couldn’t really stand to drink it. Normally when I get to the bottom of my Starbucks there is that chunky texture when I can’t get it up the straw (always just assumed that’s because it’s cold/icy) but I didn’t even get to drink half of it before it got like that only about 1/5 of my drink. Im not only upset that I wasted almost 7 dollars of a drink I didn’t get to enjoy but also the fact that someone would seem to purposely mess up my drink out of spite. I told myself Starbucks would never ruin my morning it would normally make it better but today it ruined my morning. I don’t really want to go back there after this happened it’s embarrassing and I’m also not a confrontational person. Just upset.

The team is very nice. The ambience has some nice soft rock playing and it's 5 o'clock somewhere so I'm getting a drink. Nonalcoholic decaf. Lesigh... excited for this chestnut praline drink. It looks delicious and i've never had it ...Unfortunately, they're gonna have to lose a star because it doesn't look like the picture they were out of the topping taste delicious though with just whip cream four stars

I waited so long for my order I had to get my money back. So I can drive a cross town just to reorder. The drive through has twelve cars in it and the lobby is full of people waiting on their orders. Completely unacceptable. I will never go to that location again.

Google’s hours are wrong. This location closes at 3pm everyday. I’m trying to get caffeine so I don’t fall asleep on the road, and finding this location was a big pain, and then a big disappointment. There really needs to be a big sign for this location - one you can see from the road.

Ordered 3 strawberry acai drinks none of them had strawberries in them. I asked if they were out and was told no and did I want some. Umm hello that's how you make the drink I paid for. Regardless I did not get the strawberries. I wasn't going to stand there and wait for them to do that to all three drinks after I already waited 15 minutes. Pure laziness
