This steak and shake is great. People are always very nice at the drive thru. They don't sound angry that you're there. The food is always perfect. Not a sloppy mess. Other fast food places slap the condiments on there and just make it sloppy, not this place. Love the whole rebranding and packaging.

This is my first time at Steak 'n Shake. I was invited by my friends to celebrate. The staff was very professional and accommodating. We were about 12 people. You can order your food using the digital stations located on the left when you walk in. You place your order, sit down and then they call your name or order number when your order is ready. The bathroom was clean when I was there. It also has a drive-thru. I ordered a milkshake and it was pretty big. They have a great selection of milkshakes. I am not a fast food eater, but others at the table loved the fries and burgers. It's a fast food restaurant so the atmosphere is designed to eat and go.

Ordered at a kiosk but the staff made the experience so enjoyable!! Joe made our shake and brought the food out. Such a nice friendly man. Haven’t been here in years but I’ll be back just because the staff was actually happy!!! That’s a rare occurrence these days

It has been years since I've eaten at a Steak 'n Shake. This is my first time at this location. There is no more table service. You order from a giant tablet and your name is called to retrieve your meal. I had limited interaction with humans but everyone seemed focused and happy to help. My double cheese burger with double cheese was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The shoestring fries were hot and crispy. I like dipping my fries in the Frisco sauce! I also had a glizzy which was split and cooked on the flattop grill, loved it! I'll definitely visit here again.
