I bought 3 Nutella milkshakes on August 21st and it was the worst experience. There was no Nutella inside, only on top. The cream was watery. I do not recommend it.

I’m leaving this 5 star review strictly on the customer service of the manager on shift tonight, Ellison. I was upset after showing up 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Ellison approached me with a calm demeanor and was very pleasant. I couldn’t even be mad no more. Shout out to that stand up young man.

The fact they cook in tallow is enough for me to give them 5 star. I rarely eat fast food b/c of the junk ingredients at most places but at least Steak ‘n Shake is apparently making an effort.

If a restaurant is supposed to be open on the inside until midnight and I show up at 11:32 pm and the inside is closed. You get a bad review. Don’t lie. Close at 11 so you can get away with the bs shenanigans you pull. I gave my business to a place that was actually open until midnight and forever will from this day forward.
