10/27/25 - I don't usually complain, and will tip pretty well...but the new manager lady has messed up my order about 3 times now. Adding things that I don't ask for like oregano shake... or leaving veggies off that I asked for while I was grabbing a bag of chips... I tell her what I want... but she is not listening. This time she got my bread wrong... when I told her a Cold Cut Combo with Italian herbs and cheese, she put white on the table I told her again... she said mmm hum and she asked me if I wanted it toasted and what I wanted on it! I just got the white... she doesn't listen! Didn't change the bread...I was like, wow!
She is either very distracted, or super dense. Jessica has never messed up my order... This lady is 3 for the last 6 or 50% accuracy with me. I like to eat here about twice a week... but, I think I will start going elsewhere.

Tried to use the app for the 6:99 foot long that you advertise over and over again but your app sucks and it trys to change the regular price and you can't click off the meal deal so I ended up paying 35.00 for something that should have been 18. It's just unbelievable that a company that has been around as long as you can install a app that actually works.
The entrance is super confusing to find. The workers were super slow taking forever to complete the order.

Terrible. Had a current coupon but the told my granddaughter they don’t take coupons. We ordered the Italian sub. The only meat on it was pepperoni, no ham , no Salami, on a 12 in sub only two pieces of cheese . I end up trying to make a 6 in sub out of what I was given. I tried to call the phone number posted on their website to talk to the manager but it was not in service . I will NEVER go there again. I am warning everyone don’t waste your money !

Worst subway I’ve ever been I got there at 8 :05am and the girl that works there let me stand at the line to order until 8:09am and told me they not optn yet after it clearly said they open at 8am and the girl was very rude.
Person working on Saturday evening was rude did not even acknowledge us when we were in the store left after 5 minutes of standing there and not being acknowledged. I was getting take

My sub had so much buffalo sauce on it that I couldn't eat it. I would say don't order online, go in and supervise the sandwich artists.

Phenomenal experience multiple times. There is a young lady that works there and never have I met such a kind and more engaging person. Food is always incredible but she is the true asset to the company.
