This store doesn't honor any Subway coupons or discounts I don't understand why that's okay is this a subway or a private business

visited to grab my wife and I lunch for the next day and presented a coupon (2 footlongs for $12.99) before placing an order. I was told by the person working that evening (Store manager Kaiden,) stated that this particular location does not take any coupons. I asked if he could try by pre ringing my order up and scanning the coupon. He then added something to the order that made the begging balance be $3 and some change. I asked him to remove the item so that the balance was $0. He repeated that his location did not take coupons. I explained to him that my wife had previously visited this particular location and was able to use her coupon just fine. He then stated “I’m not about to go back and forth with this, if someone gave you a discount before they shouldn’t have given it to you. Maybe you should try the location on Livingston and Brice.” I was completely taken aback because that area is located in a more urban area and I would have to pass 2-3 other subways given where I actually live to get there. I did not appreciate his micro aggressive tone. The next day I was in fact able to use the paper coupon on the subway app with no issues at this same location. Crappy location do not recommend this franchise.

My husband and I had traveled across the country, and got very sick on the way. We hadn't been able to eat for several days. Finally, we decided a subway sandwich would be good. We picked them up and took them back to our hotel room. The outsides of the paper wraps were slimy and wet. We opened them and they were such a sloppy mess, the insides started falling all over the floor. We couldn't even eat them and just threw the whole mess in the garbage.

Severs were okay but as I waited in line, they notified me that my paper coupons wouldn’t be honored. They said that the owner doesn’t accept them. Also, when I asked, he apparently owns several subways in the area. Well - I guess it’s the last time that I eat at one. I ordered a much smaller order than I planned on with my coupon. I even took off about 3 extra items. I got a 6 inch tuna and a foot long tuna. They put on about half of what you get at real subway. Subway needs to investigate this guy because as a franchise owner, you agree to the recipes and standards of the subway brand. I’ll be calling them myself.There are WAY too many other options out there to go to. He won’t be getting my money ever again.

I have to say that the employee (Violet) was an outstanding representation of what a hard worker is. She was running the line by herself at 5 pm on a Friday evening. With a line to the door... She was, well groomed, polite, professional, had attention to detail, and had an amazing attitude. You could not find a better employee! She definitely deserves to be recognized.
