I went there 2 days ago why is it close ?? U guys have the best chicken ever ?Where else can I get my chicken ?
Amazing! The best fried chicken in Columbus absolutely. I love everything about Crispy Coop! The fried chicken is so delicious and crispy. It’s a thin coating with the perfect crisp! It’s not gross thick batter that taste like pure grease. It’s perfect! The macaroni and cheese is so cheesy and has an amazing flavor and the mashed potato’s are creamy and delicious! I ordered doordash and when I received my food it was extremely hot and tasted so fresh! Definitely try this place! It’s amazing!
My son and I had done in lunch. I got leg and thigh original, mash potatoes and corn bread... It would have been better warm. My son got 4 piece Strips potato wedges everything cooked fresh and absolutely delicious!! We'll be back
The Nashville hot flavor is really good! The mac and cheese was surprisingly good as well
Love Crispy Coop! The food is always fresh and tastes great. It is a little pricey but we love getting to eat there every once and a while.
Recently discovered, excited to have a proper, local chicken shop in Pickerington. Yet to explore the whole menu, but chicken is hot and juicy.
Friendly customer serviceFlavor of chicken was tasty (Tennessee mild) but the wings itself were not good, slimey.Mac and cheese was not good, watery.Potatoes were goodGreens were ok once I added salt and pepperGood portionsWill never return
I stopped by to order some wings for my kids. I ordered almost 30 traditional wings. The cashier then tells me I had to PAY for hot sauce. Lol. I’ve been a lot of chicken places in my life and never have I ever had to PAY for hot sauce. I haven’t received my chicken yet but it better be FLAVORED to the Gods for hot sauce not to come with it lolz
It is small but the food was fresh and tasted amazing.
Well, in my opinion it is not the number fried chicken in Columbus! The cashier was wonderful, while waiting on my food , I believe it was owner/mgr came from the back I was standing waiting on my food and she just stared at me no hello or anything!First and last visit! The chicken well , its chicken was not impressed with the taste at all.Again this is my opinion!

Extremely surprised to see a bad review on this restaurant. I got the 2 breast meal. De...li...cious!! Yummmmm, full of flavor, potatoes were cooked to perfection, mac and cheese was amazing!
Food was disgusting, chicken lacked flavor and only tasted like the frying oil despite ordering the hot seasoning. Greasy in general. Didn’t know chicken strips & potatoes could be messed up this bad, we through all but a couple bites of our $30 meal in the trash. If you want good Nashville hot chicken, do yourself a favor: skip this place and go to Hot Chicken Takeover. Only reason we tried The Crispy Coop was because Capriotti’s next door was randomly closed and we drove 40 mins for it. Expensive greasy bite of chicken.
Traditional chicken is very flavorful, excellent batter and didn't need any dipping sauce. Nashville hot chicken was okay. Recommend the traditional and mild. Chicken tenders not so crispy, might be better to dine in instead of taking to go for a crisper chicken. Kind and quick service!
Fresh, hot chicken.. no heavy battered, greasy chicken ? ... Moist and flavorful.Fresh mashed potatoes, creamy gravy.I'd get double mashed next time ☺️.Wish the dinner came with cornbread, but it was $2.00 extra. Clean and courteous service. ‼️
It was ok the staff is very nice but the chicken was mediocre. Maybe it was because it wasn't as crispy as I would of liked. Got it to go and drove about 2 miles home and felt kinda soggy when I ate it. Greens were dry also.
