The guy manger is rude and loud and the one associate with black hair and red on the top is so loud , the whole entire Wendy’s and Tim Hortons can hear her all she does is complain. If she’s unhappy with her job, she probably should move on that Tim Hortons needs some improvement. I am a seven day a week Customer at Tim Horton. and you all at the Pickerington location know who I’m talking about the manager said today will you need to tell him what you want in your coffee and I said I told her exactly how I wanted my coffee

If you are a person who grew up saying please thank you and your welcome. And like hearing the same RESPECT given back by the staff and manger. This is NOT going happen at this Tim Hortons.

Shares a building with Wendy's. Bathroom was disgusting. Both Wendy's and Tim Hortons said the responsibility belonged to the other. Meanwhile, NOBODY lifted a finger to do anything about it!

At early breakfast time, there's a good selection of doughnuts. They also have breakfast sandwiches and similar things. This store shares space with a Wendy's, which doesn't do breakfast at the location.

I am giving this location a four star but a 3 star on the food because I got the wrong bagel ? . I got some poppyseed bagel ? and I ask for a cinnamon raisin bagel. How disappointing to find out with such great anticipation for what was ordered. I should have checked ✔️ at the winddow. Mistakes do happen, but I was so disappointed ?.
My carmel machiato was great.
I am thankful for the teacher who treated me with the coupon ??

6:34PM , they say we can’t get anything although they close at 7PM. The gentlemen who was up front told us the dining room was closed we said that’s fine we just wanted something quick to go, seems like he went to ask a “manager” , the manager comes up and says with an attitude “we can’t take down your order on this machine because it’s been closed” like ok? I said nevermind we’re ok and he says “deuces” how professional ? not coming here again i can see why the reviews are so bad .

I don't know why I ever think it will be different when I go here. They only care about the drive thru. If you're an online pickup or ordering at the register, expect to wait at least an hour for a two person order. I thought I'd save time by ordering ahead on my last visit, but they don't make it until you arrive. They have a whole team working the drive thru but only one person at the counter that has to fully handle the counter/pickup orders by themselves.
