EVERY TIME I COME HERE ALL I WANT IS A TURKEY BACON CLUB ON A CROISSANT AND THEY NEVER HAVE IT ITS VERY FRUSTRATING AND THEN ASK ME DO I WANT IT ON A CINNAMON RAISIAN BAGEL THAT DONT EVEN SOUNDS GOOD!!! I GOT IT ON A SOURDOUGH BREAD AND THEY HEATED THE WHOLE SANDWICH LEFT OF THE TOMATO THE BARELY ANY BACON AND NO MAYO I HALF TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO CANAL WINCHESTER JUST TO GET MY FAVORITE SANDWICH AND APPLE FRITTER WHEN IM FIVE MINS FROM THIS ONE AND CANAL IS 15 MINS OR MORE. I FEEL LIKE I WASTE MY MONEY COMING TO THIS ONE.

I stood in line forever while they prioritized drive through ordered a medium French vanilla coffee and I got a watered down French vanilla, not worth even drinking.
Ordered donuts taste like they were made. Yesterday stale as hell.
And the center of my sandwich was still cold.Because they served pre-made food that's microwaved, garbage. I wish we had a Dunkin' Donuts. I threw away $10.

This Tim Hortons used to have a history of rude employees, but in the past few months they have really improved! I usually order on the app and everything is always made perfectly, but today I went through the drive through and I had the most kind and helpful employee get my order! I did not catch her name but she was young and had very long brown hair, she was wonderful :)

One note: don't ever order specific donuts online because the app doesn't show what the actually have in stock and you may end up paying for some donuts that they don't have and you'll be asked what they can get you in place of those donuts! not their fault just something to keep in mind

Workers are very condescending and speak very rudely. They have specific franchise rules that ares posted or publicly known and got upset asked about it. A manager inserted herself on the drive through speaking very rudely and condescending at me because I didn’t know they stopped serving hash browns at 12pm since it isn’t posted or mentioned anywhere. I showed up at 12 exactly and they first said they stopped serving at 11am then they said 12pm. Not sure what the truth is about the hash browns but the manager was very rude and aggressive in her speaking.

Waited abouy 10 minuyrs to be served a burned black sandwich, also missing hash browns. Went back, went inside, and they clearly didn't care, gave undercooked sandwich and barely cooked hash browns as replacement.
