Should have been a simple stop but it wasn’t. My grandson and I walked in one door (appeared to be the main entrance) and up to the counter. We were greeted by someone darting by the counter, but we kept standing there with no counter attendant. Finally (a few minutes later) someone asked if we had an order. I said we were waiting to make an order and then I was informed I had to order through the kiosk, which was on the other side, in front of the other door. No signage on the counter. Nothing to indicate this was the way to go about ordering food. You could not see the order kiosk from the counter or the main entrance. We made our order. A few minutes later I heard the burger guy call out “order for P—-y, (our order). Saw the fry guy slowly bagging fries. Another person came in for an order pick up. Long and short is that the fry guy put one of our burgers in her bag. He seemed confused. He looked at me, started bagging up the burgers for me but was told he had given the other lady the wrong burger. They offered me the Baconator but I refused it. They remade my kids burger after unwrapping my burger and removing the bun and looking at it. Then he bagged the burgers, and handed to me like they were done. I had already reminded him I needed the Frostys, but needed to remind him again. Just a strange experience.

Wife just went through the drive thru. Waited 20 minutes and when she asked what was taking so long, they told her that they were waiting on fries to cook. We didn’t order any fries… wife gets home with our food and my taco salad has old, slimy lettuce in it. I managed a Wendy’s for 9 years and this is just an embarrassing experience.

Wendy's is a go-to for us, and we like the one in pickerington, so usually we'll wait til we get back by there to stop.
This Wendy's location is terrible. You never know if it will be open. It's always filthy, tacky feeling tables and your feet stick to the floor. You ALWAYS need to check your order because 9/10 times it'll be incorrect. They are almost always under staffed as well which is a big part of their problem. Just over all not a good place to depend on for food and good service.

1 Star is too generous. A joke of a restaurant that needs to close. Consistently poor service, always slow, regularly under-staffed, and indoor seating is rarely open. Please do everyone a favor and shut down for good.

Walked in and stood at counter for 5-10 minutes only person in line. I thought I was invisible. Very terrible service. Front lady was picking DoorDash orders while drive through people weren’t busy at all playing in there phones
