This place is a disaster. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting building, always get the food wrong, and subpar attitudes every time.

Doesnt give you silverware for chili, guess youre supposed to drink it, doesnt unlock lobby doors as the times suggest, so had to walk into the drive through for a spoon and get scoffed at like im the one making this a problem... I ordered hot chili, GIVE PEOPLE A SPOON, AND DONT MAKE IT THEIR PROBLEM THAT YOU HAVE A 15 MINUTE WAIT IN YOUR DRIVETHRU AND MESSED UP THEIR ORDER CAUSING THEM TO COME BACK BUT YOUR LOBBY IS LOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS SO THEY EITHER HAVE TO WALK UP TO YOUR WINDOW OR WAIT ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. Do better.

Then they didn’t give me all my food and went in to have it fixed and all the employees just looked at me like I was crazy.
Asked the front desk girl if my sandwich was correct cause it was not a baconator and she said I don’t know nor do I care. So, I got the food they didn’t give me and left.
Never will I got back to this place. If I owned this place. I would sell it and have it tore down and put a dutchbrothers in. You would do much better. Sad is all I can say

Rude girl in the drive-thru. Doesn’t even speak to you just demands payment and throws food out the window to you. I visited 12/10 around 4:00PM. The food was decent, but customer service is more important. 2 stars.

Go to this Wendy’s if you like getting mystery orders! Location is constantly understaffed and seems to be managed poorly by whoever runs this location. Also, they need to do something about the crowds of kids that do nothing but run around the parking lot and steal drinks out of the soda machines when the employees aren’t looking. Could be a reason why the employees constantly look so stressed out.

i had ordered a mobile order and when i went to pick it up the establishment was filled with obnoxious teenagers both eating and behind the counter not one adult in site. My order wasn’t even ready afyer getting a notification it was, when i asked a worker she said “we haven’t made it yet” and 15 minutes later i got my good and was served UNCOOKED, RAW CHICKEN.

I sat at the drive through for 30min to get my food. When I got home I realized I only received half my order. This is the third time in 2 months if tried to eat at this Wendy’s and I’ve had the same horrible service each time.
Absolutely horrible service. Went inside and not a single person in front of me. Almost 20 minutes to get my food. They bagged up my fries and nuggets while I stood and waited forever for a double baconator. Sat down at a table with my bag. For some reason they're not asking if it's for here or to go and not giving trays. Two separate groups were also eating at tables with bags. Sandwich was wrong with no bacon, so I had to go up and wait even longer. Floor was sticky with trash on it. Pop machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. Wasn't an understaffed issue. Seen at least six workers. Upset I spent $14
Probably the slowest Wendy's I have ever been to which is saying something. Fries were lukewarm and heard staff swearing while at the window.

Lately the service is horrible. 3 cars in the parking lot and zero in the drive thru and still takes several minutes just to place the order. I will take my money somewhere else.

Went on Sunday around noon. Was drive thru only. Line was nearly completely around the store. Took 20 minutes to get thru the line. Must of only been a couple of workers trying to take and fill the orders. Drink order was not correct. Food was cold by the time I got it. The fries and frosty containers were only partially filled. And I did not receive a receipt. Last time I will go to this location.

Whoever owns this particular Wendy's must be a complete slumlord. It's 4pm and the inside is closed. There are 2 people working. They do enough business since people still eat here, but clearly they only care about their bottom line and not the quality. Will stick with Chick-fil-A. It's further but they at least will staff their location.

I went through the drive through it took me forever but my grandson wanted something to eat. We finally got to the window and I seen on person getting herself a drink. And no one came to the window. After 5 minutes at the window my 7 year old said let's go this is stupid. We only ordered a kids meal and a coke. I will never go back again.
