This is the second time I been here during their night shift. Both times the order was messed up. 1st time I tried to call to talk to someone about missing food. No answer. Tonight our order was missing a sandwich the food was cold. I ordered 30 spicy chicken nuggets non of which was even warm. The fries were cold as well. We ordered 6 cups of cheese sauce cuz all the kids love it with the fries and chicken nuggets. As we ordered the cheese sauce the drive thru person yells DAMN. I had my kids in the car that was totally inappropriate! This place needs shut down after all the horrible reviews something needs to be done.

Overall an okay experience. Food was kind of bland, nice staff, nice drive through.

I love the biggie bags for my kids. I also like the keys frosty for the kids. Wendys burgers has changed. The aren't as soft and juices in the old days.

Ordered on the app and got to the drive thru at 1155. They close at midnight. They said pull around. When I got to the window they said they are closed and it was before midnight. I was still charged on my card and they said their was nothing I could do except come back the next day for my food and I don't live in the area

I ordered a biggie bag, a 10 price nugget and special ordered a Dave double they repeated my double back to me 3 times and still made it wrong. I asked for no mayo no tomatoes well done extra pickles extra onions. And I received a bunch soaked in mayo leaking thru wrapper and bag from the burger being so hot when they put in on. thank god it wasnt an allergy concern.

Terrible supervisor/manager. My girlfriend and I went the other night to get a quick easy dinner. As we pull up through the drive through to order she accidentally asked for ten chicken sandwiches when she meant to say two— a slip of tongue. After she had ordered I heckled her about it and we laughed at how absurd it was up until we got to the window. She politely apologized acknowledging her mistake, and asked if it would be possible for them to take eight off fully prepared and okay if they have to politely turn her away or make her pay for them. Instead, we’re greeted by a middle aged man who immediately threatens to ban us, telling us he knows what we’re doing and that he won’t put up with it. My girlfriend who is already teary eyed from this grown adult speaking to her this way, asks what is going on and what he’s talking about. He continued spewing how we need to leave and that if we don’t we’ll be banned. We were sitting there for a good five minutes as the car in front of us wasn’t moving. That entire time my girlfriend was sobbing. I’m left baffled by the clear lack of common sense here. I can’t imagine any rational human let alone a customer service worker, would look at a young woman who is clearly confused and crying at what just happened would think to themselves that there was mal-intent with the situation. Do you think it was a prank? Do you think it was a way to get more food than what we were willing to pay for? If, like a competent member of society, you would calmly convey whatever you need to, and let us do the same we would avoid any misunderstandings. Unfortunately that did not happen because a grown man did not have the self control, empathy, or common sense to go about such a situation properly.

Shares a building with Tim Hortons. Bathroom was disgusting. Both Wendy's and Tim Hortons said the responsibility belonged to the other. Meanwhile, NOBODY lifted a finger to do anything about it!

Wendy's food isn't good like it use to be, food is never fresh! Buns hard, chicken sandwiches hard.

Floor is constantly sticky, workers will PICK UP food dropped on the floor, rewrap it, and serve it to customers. There is also seemingly a raccoon infestation in the trash area outside near the restaurant that is persistent and seems undealt with. Sometimes, its reeks of marijuana around the premises. Very disgusting 1/10.

Stopped in for a quick bite with my 2 young granddaughters. Every table was filthy, the floor was dirty, both ketchup dispensers were out, the Coke was flat and Ice was out as well. I could go one… my 11 year old granddaughter went into the restroom to wash her hands and she said she could see a clogged toilet filled to the top!!! We will Never will we be back!!! Disgusting!!!

When did Wendys start using gross pre-shredded lettuce? Man these companies just keep finding ways to charge us more while buying cheaper product.

Horrible customer service. The lady in window number one was literally dancing to whatever music she was blaring out of her Bluetooth speaker at the drive-through window no greeting for a thank you and didn’t even recite our order. A manager really needs to come in and clean this place up

Had been long time since I had their chili so we got several containers. Well they were practically meatless. Made me think of their commercial.."were is the meat". It's not in the chili.
