Was there ordered our food they didn’t give us right food and refused to give us what we ordered unless we paid again there food was nasty they won’t be getting my service there again I ll drive to Portsmouth to get food again even called them and manger said you we will refund ur money then you got pay for what order hell no I paid for stuff we didn’t order already and you me 2 nd time for food don’t think so get to known your menu and you would had gave us the right food and I even said a number 2 on. 3 different times when was ask

I overheard some of the workers making fun of a young lady for having a pregnancy test. Someone had snopped through the lady's shopping bag (She had bought a test for a friend, I heard her say that.) and they started making fun of her. That made me feel uncomfortable as a pregnant women. Would they also make fun of me if they found out I was pregnant? Please talk to your workers about this. Other than that, the food was good, but I probably won't return because of those workers. Sorry to the young lady named Teylyn. (SORRY IF I SPELL IT WRONG).

I was heading to Columbus Ohio from Kentucky and was craving some taco bell, and I saw this was right off the highway. It was a little hard to find because it's a small storefront attached to a gas station, and it only has 3.5 stars at the time of my review. But the staff were very friendly and the food was fast and fresh.
I haven't been to Taco Bell in maybe, 8-9 years, but this is one of the best ones I have been to.

Walked in and all the managers and GM were having a meeting. Kids behind the counter were super nice. Manager meeting took up half the store and we sat on the other side of the room. It was super cool hearing the grown, adult women talk about how awful their children employees were. Its nice to see middle aged fast food employee having a god complex over the children they work with. I get having the manager meeting. But talking about how awful the kid employees were that loudly, with customers in there. The size and attitude of all the people at the managers table told me 2 things. They use their employee discount and they haven't lifted a finger in that store in years.
To the kids there. Great job. Find better employment that doesn't treat you like dirt. We all see the management just sitting in the small office each time we walk in.
Went through in the morning to get a crunch wrap the guy on the headset at the window Was so awful! We'd order something and you'd say are you done is that all Ordered one more thing was looking at the menu wanting other things he kept interrupting us and rushing us... I was so irritated by the time I got to the window I didn't even really want the food anymore. They don't have been opened for not even barely an This hour it's not like he was deep into his shift and irritated. Ive worked in drive thurs, this was annoying and just unnecessary. We was the only car and the only customer at the store at the time there was no need for his behavior.

Piketon taco bell is getting much better at taking drive thru orders and getting the whole order out correctly. I've gone through the drive thru probably 4 or 5 times in the past month placing a six person family order and the past 4 or 5 times my order has been correct. Which has been really nice since I usually take a list with me to order that the family has made . So keep up the good work Piketon taco bell!
