Our granddaughter who has Celiac disease and is very susceptible to gluten usually cannot get ice cream like you make it because of cross contamination. However after our daughter explained the circumstances to whoever was doing the ice cream, they sanitized everything that would touch her ice cream. Not many places are willing to do this and I want you, and everyone, to know how happy you made that little girl. You gave her a great afternoon to be able to request what she wanted and she ate it with a big smile on her face. Thank you for going above and beyond.
I'm glad I wandered into this little treasure of a restaurant. I do eat out more than I should. I get tired of burgers and pizza.
Their chicken salad is awesome, the ice cream is amazing and staff are very kind.
Highly recommend stopping in sometime!

We were visiting family. We went to the Piqua Street Fair. It was a hot day. So we were looking for a place to cool off. We were recommended to Bits & Pieces. The owner was so nice to us and the rest of the employees also. Was a nice place to cool off and enjoy the rolled ice cream. It was so good and the prices were good. They also have a program for those who might need a free meal. I was very impressed with the fact that they are helping their community also. You will not be disappointed with Bits & Pieces. They also have other items on the menu. Variety of salad choices. Hot dogs, Coney, foot long, etc. Other sandwiches, Chips, cookies. Check it out for your self!! Very clean place!!!

This place was amazing! Our first time going and the employees were awesome, the place was clean and fresh looking. The food and ice cream is fantastic and affordable. We saw the workers holding the door and offering their services beyond just the counters. Overall, it's definitely a 10 out of 10!

I went in to this business for the first time today. Excited to try out a cute shop and support small & local. I took my younger toddler in and an employee made mention that my daughter was “flirting” with a male employee, simply because she is a child and may have smiled. Now I’ve heard this comment before, not directed towards my child and I know it’s no harm intended, but what a truly odd thing to say. It’s not a phrase we should normalize with our children simply because it’s an inappropriate comment. If my child were to ask what flirting is I then have to explain and if a child were already to know what that means… well isn’t it just weird? I privately messaged the business with no intentions of making my experience public. In my message, I mentioned that it’s an odd thing to say and maybe in the future to reconsider what language to use with around children as “flirting” is indeed sexualizing a child. Children, especially toddlers don’t flirt. They then sent me back an inappropriate response in my opinion. Again, some may say I’m taking it too seriously but as a mother of a girl it’s best to correct the “old norm”. And to set an example for other children to speak up when an adult says something that makes them uncomfortable. I didn’t even need a response, just offering some constructive criticism, but after their unprofessional response I thought maybe it’s best to share with others.Their response was as follows:I am sorry that you took offence to my employees kindness. I would hope that you would reconsider the usage of your words in reference to sexualizing. Really.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all
