Bob would not approve of his name on this location’s establishment

From what I’ve heard from family who are regulars here, the new manager who was recently hired is tearing this place apart. Not to mention the level of unsanitary practice she continues to have. She hovers over the food with her hair down the past few times they’ve been. She talks down on and demands her staff to do things, being completely unreasonable and disrespectful in front of customers. She is definitely turning people off and breaking down a once lovely little restaurant. Speaking in regards to my grandparents who have been upset about the drastic changes made to a restaurant they’ve always known and loved. It’s definitely sad to see it being ran into the ground

Food was alright, HOWEVER I did notice a woman in the back, blonde if that matters, who was NOT wearing her up or even covered at all. It's suffice to say I'm a bit of clean freak and hypochondriac but this left me feeling really uneasy. I mean no hate to the establishment but please enforce better health code onto your staff.

the Absolute worse experience at any Bob Evan's
waited 45 minutes for burnt pot roast asked several times where our food was got manager he came out said he will make it happen 7 minutes later we got our burnt pot roast Absolutely the worst place to eat.

Food came out either over cooked or barely warm. I was not impressed by the staff at ALL! Took forever to be seated with NO OTHER customers BUT US! Bob Evan’s has been around a long time and their food is great if cooked right . And this is not it. I’m a good service manager myself and I know first hand this isn’t how you get people to come back! Which explains why this location never has any business. So disappointed I spent my hard earned money on this. If you want Bob Evan’s choose a different location .

Typically, I don't do this sort of thing because my family owns a restaurant that I manage as well as serve and cook at, but the service was so bad that I can't refrain.
I'll start off by saying they were not busy by any means. Each server (2) only had 3 tables (1/3 of the available tables) the entire time we were there. We walked in and weren't greeted, but all staff members even those who were just dilly-dallying made eye contact with us. This usually wouldn't bother me too bad, but we stood there for almost 10 minutes without acknowledgement. Then, the manager seats us. Our waitress was quick to get our drinks, but didn't ask if we were ready to order. She just dropped them off and left. Initially, I thought she had food to run. Nope. Came out to wipe off 3 tables that already looked clean and were, clearly, not needed right away because no one sat at them the entire time we were there. She finally came and got our order. We had to ask for our bread and slaw after she brought our meals, which is normally brought out first. And she forgot one of our soups. The table behind us had to keep getting up to get another staff member to find the same waitress. Then, the topping on the cake was when I went to pay and there were 4 staff members gathered around the manager just gabbing (I could hear the conversation) and the only staff member who would make eye contact with me aside from the gabber, dipped out and hid behind a wall. So, I was done waiting and being ignored. I slammed my money and bill down, gathered my son, and walked out. Of course the girl hiding behind the wall popped her out immediately to make sure there was enough money there. To our server, I'm sorry you only got a $1 tip, but no one would cash me out so I could get change for your tip and you were far from deserving a 33% tip.
I know you don't want me back and don't worry, I won't be back.

This is by far the worst bob Evan’s I have dined at, very poor service, bad attitudes, took forever to get anything drinks, service, food, will never be back, corporate definitely needs to be paying them a visit and restaffing

We arrived at 11:15 a.m. We waited for an hour for our food. The order was incorrect and overcooked. We have been to many Bob Evans. Will not return to the one in Piqua.
