Only reason I gave 2 stars is the waitress was good. Food well for lack of better words sucked. Worst food we have had in a long time. Will never eat here again.

This is the 3rd time now we've ordered food from Bob Evans in Piqua and we've been missing food.
This time we're missing an entire loaf of banana bread. There are no scallions or bacon for the potato soup. No butter for rolls. No icing for cini-biscuits. And no straws for drinks...
The chicken strips are literally the size of a mcdonalds chicken nugget. And they're either so fried there's no meat left or they're rubbery.
When I called about the missing food, her response is, "Well you can come in and get what was missing. Otherwise, there's nothing we can do."
How about refund my money for the food you didn't give me and be a little more attentive when someone is spending $75 on food.
It's ridiculous that you can look at receipt and say it's done but miss that much.
Do better at training your employees Bob Evans...

I went in ordered carry out. Three ledgendary turkey sandwiches.....ZERO TURKEY. REALLY? At least the fries were good. Btw, I'm not exaggerating not a single bit of turkey.
Gotta stop in on the weekend and enjoy the singing from the kitchen staff!

I ordered pickup. I was there before the time to pick up. It was waiting on me. ordered 2 fish dinners. Supposed to come with tartar sauce and neither had it. no lemon. Ordered rolls with both. They were hard. Have never had hard rolls like that. They were like toast. The fries tasted like they had been sitting. And the Cole slaw tasted funny. Used to love Bob Evans. Wont be going back..at least to the Piqua, OH location.
Service was ok, not very friendly. Food was ok except the banana bread was not done completely. The cleanliness of this restaurant is terrible. The restroom was gross, dust on the booths, cob webbs in the entry doors, the floors were very dirty at 9am, the walls have splatters on them.

I loovvveee Bob Evans. Their's is the only breakfast meat I'll eat in restaurants (especially the sausage patties). Great biscuits, they need to cook the breakfast potatoes a little more done, eggs were just right.
Kid-friendliness: Although we did not have children with us, there were several children in the restaurant. Well behaved and cute to watch the little ones. We were all children once, and some people need to remember that in a family restaurant.

Omg there was sooo much salt in the sausage gravy that when I got home I felt sick, when I puked it up you could taste all the salt the second time. That was the worst effort ever whoever made that gravy.
The waitress is the sweetest ever

I was very disappointed with my food today that I picked up curside. Blue berries in my Mac n cheese, something hard in my grilled chicken and that was very small.
The manager was very helpful when I called about My order and said I'll receive a gift card. Although I'd rather have my money back because my dinner was ruined.

The Piqua, Ohio store sent me a family size sausage gravy and biscuit meal for $17 and didn't send the biscuits. I called the store to ask if my son could come up and pick the biscuits up. Someone who identified herself as a manager, Olivia Vales (spelling?), began rudely talking over me telling me I had to go through DD to correct my order. We are merely talking 6 biscuits here. I asked her to let me speak as we just live down the street and would go get the biscuits and she decided to respond harshly and hung up the phone. About the time you think this store can't get any worse, it does. Now I have visitors at my house who have gravy to eat on....nothing as the hash browns that comes with the meal are burnt as shown in the photo. Oh! And I was charged 3 delivery fees from Bob Evans as it took 3 different deliveries for DD to fix Bob Evan’s mistake. (not DD as I have the DD pass). Go figure. Charging crazy fees for horrible service!

The manager who refused to give her name, but finally said "Olivia" is extremely rude and unhelpful. Half our order was missing and refused to do anything. She interrupted us and simply yelled "there's nothing I can do." Call is in to corporate.

We walked in and it was empty, either the general manager or manager came up and with a smug look on his face and was very monotone and rude and like we inconvenienced him. Said our biscuits were fresh, but they have sat for a little while. The woman who cashed us out on the other hand was super sweet and helpful! 8/10/2024
