Bob Evans has always been our favorite place to eat but our visit in the Piqua restaurant yesterday evening was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had. We arrived around 7:30 p.m. and the restaurant closed at 9 p.m. We were seated and then told the menu was limited. Nothing with eggs or chicken was available unless it was grilled chicken so we did the grilled chicken. Food took around an hour to get served and wasn't the normal great food we have came to love so very disappointing but the worst part was the restaurant was so cold that it felt like you were sitting with a window/ door open. We all were shivering the entire time. We asked the server if the heat was broken and she said she didn't know but she was wearing a coat while doing her job. So unprofessional but who would blame her as cold as it was in the restaurant. We have a temperature tester and the room temp was 36°. We definitely will not be back to this restaurant. Bob Evans you seriously have let us down at this restaurant. Almost forgot to mention the foul smell that smelled like a leaking sewer that hits you soon as you enter.

My husband and I stopped there after church on Sunday. I used the bathroom and it smelled like an outhouse! The girl, and i do mean girl, said it would be 30 minute wait time. There was only 4 people ahead of us. While I was standing there i could see into the set-up area. There were plates of food just sitting on the warming shelf. Employees were walking around but no one was taking anything to the tables. The kitchen staff was putting out plates of food but no one was delivering any of it to the customers. I watched for over 10 minutes. The staff seemed to be totally confused. NO FOOD was delivered to anyone. I could not tell if anyone was in charge. I have worked in food service before. There was NO service there. I is going to be a long time before I'll stop there again.

Building needs painted, dirty inside. No management support, both orders wrong. Complete lack of quality on food. Will be closed soon. All tables around us were complaining, the few that were there. I blame corporate. Terrible. Get out of Piqua.

Bob Evans restaurant located at 999 East Ash St in Piqua Ohio. The staff is very friendly and nice. The restaurant is very nice and the food is so good.

Waited 5 mins to be seated because the waitress wanted to argue about who’s section we was being seated in then finally got to a table waited 15 mins no one ever came to take are drink/food order so we proceeded to get up and walk out I thank McDonald’s next door for taking care of us that night for dinner bob Evan’s could learn from them

We are there last Sunday. The food was terrible. Bacon was not fully cooked, pancakes were burnt and hash browns were very greasy. My daughters hash browns came out burnt. As the waitress was sitting them down she told my daughter she was going to return them because she didn't like the way they looked. Glad she caught it because I would've asked for them to make her new ones. Then I went to check out and there were 2-3 people just standing there talking. The one who finally did ring me out acted like it was such an inconvenience. The only good experience we had here was the young gentleman who seated us was very nice and seated us quickly. Our waitress Isabelle was great. She was very attentive.
