Food is great! There hasn't been something we hadn't tried that we didn't like. They have games for kids & adults. The servers are always fast even though they always seem short staffed & most waitresses are running the bar & tables they try hard to keep up with everyone. The mild wing sauce is to DIE for, & the boneless wings are huge compared to their competitors. Love this place.
I left a very negative review here a long time time ago but feel that it's only fair to update it since there are very noticeable changes with this restaurant. I am sure they're being operated by very good management now which is evident in the quality of food and staff. If you're looking for good service, good food and a good environment then I definitely recommend wings & rings, Piqua!

The food and drink are always on point I especially enjoyed they hot wings and onion rings. The staff is always friendly and has no problem dealing with children who want to order for there self" my kids always want to" so I'm glad they patiently work with them. They have plenty of food,drinks, seating areas and tvs so where ever you sit you'll be most like to be able to view television.Parking: They have a parking lot with plenty of spots to park.
They are really getting there stuff together for a while this was a restaurant I wouldn't go to but now is it improving every time we go keep up the good work!

The first time we tried this location (last year, or maybe 2022,) my burger was dried up and burnt. We recently tried this location again, my lemon pepper sauce boneless wings were tough, the bourbon BBQ ones were good. My husband said his traditional lemon pepper sauce wings were ok, he didn't eat the garlic parmesan ones after the first bite. He said they were nasty, and that we won't be eating here again. The 3 stars are for the bourbon BBQ, oh and the queso I added to my order for $1 was small, and had 0 taste.

I'm just going to say how disappointing. This place used to have delicious food, great service and what we got today was a dirty restaurant, cold food, no alcohol in our margarita, horrible service. Felt like we weren't welcome. Kept being told we are so busy... we only had to wait 5 minutes to be seated, that's not busy in my books. Took 30 min minimum to get our food and it felt and looked like it sat in the pick up window for a long time. Manager came with an attitude, asked if we wanted a new order and we told her we didn't want to wait another 30 min for cold food. She comped our food for us, and within seconds took our plates out from in front of us, no apologies, no nothing. We won't be back! Don't eat here!! It's horrible. Go down the road to the Crooked handle and get yourself some in house smoked and fried wings that were twice the size and less in cost. Plus service is absolutely fantastic there.

We sat in the bar area. The waitress was excellent, Caesar salad was very, very good, fried shrimp was just ok.
